Dona Anita's Restaurant

Doña Anita's has been a great go to spot for lunch. Everything about this place is more than what you would want for a Mexican restaurant. The vibe here is simple, relaxed, with a friendly atmosphere. We come here for lunch as it is only open from 11am-2pm. The waiters are always super friendly and provide amazing service. These ladies are always on point with orders and constantly making sure everything is ok. Food here is also good. Authentic Mexican food is their specialty from Fajitas a la Parrilla to Enchiladas Montada's & everything in between. The sopaipilla's are a must if in need of dessert. Home made & super delicious. I highly recommend Doña Anita's for lunch. Make sure to go somewhat early as it gets pretty pack at around 12. It's just that good.

Not the fastest service but well worth the wait! Food was fantastic and not over priced. Will be adding this placed to my "must visit" list when I come through again. Give them as try, you won't be disappointed!

I love the fajitas and the queso.The chicken fajita nachos are great! You can choose queso or shredded cheese. So far I've liked all the food I've tried here. The bisteck a la mexicana rocks!Prices are about the same as their competitors.

Great food and awesome service. I didn't have to ask for a refill or nothing. They were on top of everything. The food was awesome!

Online they said they were open. We showed up and there was only one vehicle in the parking lot and all the lights were off. Despite the open from 5:30-9 online hours and we showed up at 6pm. We ended up going to La Mision down the street.

If you're looking for an authentic restaurant in Midland with a family restaurant feel, you can do no better than Dona Anita's. I had some delicious tacos and a Texas beer served in a mug so frosty, it almost turned into a slushie. Though the food is good, the owner Luz is a star in her own right. She treats her guests like family and has a few stories to tell if you catch her at the right time (ask her about her trip to the White House!). Can't say enough about Luz and her staff -- I left with a big smile on my face.

Service seems to be about as good as you can get. Carne con papas is great and I've stuck to it. Prices are reasonable.

The food was delicious and they give u plenty the waitress was nice nice and clean restaurant I didn't have to ask for refills as they top off ur drink before half way will return agin first time going and it didn't disappoint
