Dona Ana Storage

I went to rent a storage unit but I was early. I left and came back at 10:03, the security gate was open, I proceeded to look for the facility manager and he was not where on the lot. As I was returning to the office (still closed) a vehicle puled up and it was the manager -- he finally showed up at 10:20. The manager asked what we needed and I said I would like to rent a storage unit. He then proceeded to ask why I was looking around, I informed him I was here at 10am and was looking for him. He complained that I was there before 10am, he saw me there at 9:55! I asked him why he wasn't here at 10 and why the security gate was open. He became upset and didn't want my business. This is unfortunate, because the owner is a nice, customer service oriented. This Manager doesn't care about customers or their things in storage.

Rachel is a great manager. She is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. She has been nothing but kind to our family

Under new management recently and the owner is super friendly and helpful. Great customer service as well as flexible on your payment if something comes up. Highly recommend this business.

I've used this storage facility on and off for years. They are reasonably priced, and I've never had a problem with vandalism or any other problems.
