Lady was very nice and helpful. 10-28-15 3:00 pmCalled in to make sure they got prescription they were already working on my prior authorization with insurance. Very impressed. Delivery Guy Chris was very friendly and helpful. Setup and went over information. Got me to try it out and showed me how to work it. Great place.

I received a call from Dona Ana Medical Supply on Monday I/9/23 after my pulmonologist faxed orders for a new CPAP and supplies. They told me Medicare would not approve the orders if my CPAP was less than 5 years old. I called my Insurance United Health Care who told me my doctor had to call and requested an expedited exception. I finally got a call back from the pulmonologist's office today 1/18/23. They told me the request to the doctor must come from the DME company to the doctor. They stated they contacted Dona Ana Medical supply who claimed they had never received the orders and that they did not accept United Health Care insurance. I have had a tough time finding a knowledgeable and courteous DME company in Las Cruces. Used a DME in a small Texas town for 11 years with no problems. Would not recommend this company

I am a Board Certified Physical Therapist who has been in practice for 26 years and I have nothing but praises to say. m-Dona Ana Medical Supply is a god-send!!!!! I fractured both my ankles which required 3 surgeries. I was not allowed to put weight on both ankles. My house is not handicap-friendly-- I have narrow doors and narrow hallways. I have sharp corners between furnitures and rooms in the house. I also travel a lot for work. I was able to retain so much of my independence because of Dona Ana Medical Supply. They have the exact shower chair and wheelchair I needed. They were prompt in answering my phone, immediately after a brief conversation on the ADL's problems I was dealing with, they texted me pictures of their inventory so I can pick exactly what I needed to solve the issues, and they delivered both shower chair and wheelchair to my house the same day. As a physical therapist I cannot say anymore about how satisfied I am, and how thankful my family is for Dona Ana Medical Supply.

Terrible. Told me they checked that my insurance would cover the item. Six months later got a bill for the full amount. Would have bought online or Walmart at much much less. To top it they charged me $6 to process my debit card. Same card I use to pay the utilities and the dentist and the optometrist etc with no fees. Stay away from this place is my advice. Check the price on eBay/internet at least.

My experience with Dona Ana Medical Supply to been very unsatisfying. I purchased my equipment from them several years ago. My unit needs to be repaired and I went to them for help. I was told they were in a squabble with Phillips Respironics and Phillips was not allowing them to return machines to them to be repaired. They then gave me a phone number to call Phillips. When I called the number I was informed machines could only be returned by the company from which it had been purchased. I called Dona Ana Medical Supply and was told to bring my unit it and they would figure something out. Three weeks later I went back to find out what was happening and was told by Don that he had forgotten about it and would get on it right away. Within a couple of days he called and I was told that they found certified repair company and to come in and they would help be fill out the paper work. Don told me that he would make sure someone would know what to do in case he was not in the office. Because of circumstances I was not able to return right away; however, when I did go in I was told no one there knew how to help me and Don was out. Left my information and said I felt they should take care of shipping my unit in for repair. Don left me a message on my phone and let me know in no uncertain terms they would not be taking care of shipping the unit. Picked up my unit today. Will never have any dealings with this organization again. They do not do what they say they will do.
