Great experience and fast service! Opted for the bacon and egg breakfast burrito and it was more than hearty. Huge portion actually. Came super fast and those salsas that you can add to it cannot be beat. Also that flour tortilla? Definitely weren't the typical store bought brands we are all used to. I will try the Chile verde next time as I hear it's phenomenal.

A go to place everytime I have people come in to town to visit! Everyone I have taken here loves it! Food is worth the wait!

Loved the burritos! I had the chorizo with papas and husband had chicharrón both were sooo good. Place was a little crowded, but at the end it was worth it. Definitely coming back when in Midland.

Maybe the best food in Midland. Expect a crowd for good reason. Breakfast burritos are the best I've had! Food is hot, fresh, and consistently delicious! Family-owned, well-ran business offers friendly customer service. Highly recommend Don Tomas!!!

GREAT FOOD. A little tight inside, better to early or get the food to go. Homemade tortillas too!

First and last time here. Perhaps because of how Mexican breakfast is defined in Midland. Ordered a Chorizo egg and potato burrito. They tout their flour tortillas as homemade. That may be , but they're not good. No authenticity to them. The Chorizo in the egg was also lacking any info the flavorful characteristics that is true Mexican chorizo. Skip this place and search for other Mexican breakfast places

Incredible food I always send people that is new to town very nice service and everything has so much flavor.

Paid $30 for two menudos and got more than half in nothing but juice. A little disappointed other than that their food is delicious.
