Chicken was really good, I'm not from El Paso but when we take the 10 freeway we always stop here. Service wise, employees were fast and professional,the food did take a little while, but worth it.

I literally have my order messed up everytime I use their drive thru. It's sad because the food is excellent you just won't have your whole order when you get home. The worst part is, you go back to recover the missing items and somehow it's your fault lol.

Why have the name Don Carbon if it's not what you serve? Carbon - food should have a flavor of either charcoal or mesquite. Heck any type of wood. But the food is clearly cooked on a griddle. No carbon here!!! Neither the burger or beef fajitas are cooked with any type of grilling effect. Very disappointed, will not come back.

The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. I only gave 4 stars because my Togo order was incorrect and I didn't have time to go back and get it corrected. This place is a nice option for those craving something other than the traditional fast food. The cost was a bit higher but you do get a ton of food.

Customer service here is the worst. I had to wait over 15 min for a full chicken. You think they have those ready. When I spoke to the manager to ask why it took so long, all she could say is that she was sorry, it was a change of shift, and I did get my chicken. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
