Tried it for the first time anywhere. I was not really impressed, the drive thru lane was super slow. The employee taking the order did not know what the meals contained or consisted of. There were no great Veggie options. It's ok to get you outta of a bind for protein.

The process of the cooking of the chicken has changed or at least when I went. Chicken was dry over cooked charred. Not coming back.

Everything is delicious and great. What i don't like tho is the fact they started to.say one baked potatoe per plate. Which didn't make sense because it's 2 sides , so if I wanted 2 potatoes for the sides, it shouldn't be a problem. But now the staff and them are negating it and also have now added that to the menu description. But I guess its the money ungers of today.

employees act like you are doing them a favor, I have never been treaded with such disrespect . I waited for a family meal for 45 minutes, I knock on the drive trough window and I was told I need it to wait another 10 minutes for chicken. I ask for my money back and they took 10 minutes to get me my refund and never got an apology from the team. I asked for corporate number and I was told they are not allowed to give that information . Please stay away from this place.

Food quality was very good. I went in and cashier ignored me while she counted money, Never even looked at me. I left n went through drive through. They took my payment without looking at me or greeting me. I go to window and they asked me what I ordered . Finally I got my food so I went back into restaurant to eat. . Waiter never asked me if I needed anything. I wrote to their mangers in website... never got response. These people are very angry chicken people, not a pleasant experience Only the chicken was nice.

They got my pickup order of queso fundido w/rajas wrong. So i waited for them to make it. It didnt even have a handful of rajitas & they were burnt - that or the queso or both. Black hard pieces & little black pieces throughout the queso. The queso was like chewed gum.This is the 1st time i ordered here. Maybe it was queso al pastor, burnt on the grill. I can't believe the person filling the cup didn't see this.

I wish I could date this 0 stars, the fries and normal chicken were bad, tasted moldy! They were acting very rude like they were in a hurry even when 3 people were like the only ones they, including me!

I stopped at the one off Hwy10 - I ordered 2 pieces of dark meat. I asked for chicken ONLY No tortillas etc. I will never go again. They gave me not a leg but rather part of a wing and a back. They put in all the tortillas etc. which I can't eat. It was expensive and both pieces fit in a small side salad box. Before it was descent but now they have gotten greedy and don't listen one iota. Don Carbon has lost my business forever. You can cheat me once but not a second time.

I am at DC Gateway / Giles again location is out of Flour Tortillas for the beef quesadillas this is second time it's happened prompting me to write this review. Please order enough inventory from your supplier it's 6:00 pm and your out.?

TERRIBLE SERVICE!I placed an order over the phone and they gave my husband the order incomplete. I called them right away to see if we could go back and get the rest of the order and they had me on hold for more than 9 min, so I decided to hung up and just call later to get a refund for what we didn't get. I called again and after having me waiting for another 7+ min, they told me the manager would call me back to process the refund.Waited for an hour and since I didn't received the call back I decided to call again. I gave them all the information (name on the order, time of the order, charge amount, items ordered) and they said they couldn't find the ticket so I needed to go in person if I wanted the refund. I said it was already late, i wasn't going to drive all the way over there so I would go the next day. They said if I didn't go right away i wouldn't get the refund because they were already closing and their system was going to be reset. I got really upset and asked for the woman's name and she refused tongive it to me, I asked for a supervisor's name so I could call back and she also refused saying that they are not allowed to give any information.NEVER AGAIN I WILL EAT FROM THIS SHITTY PLACE!
