Don Carbón

Today has been absolutely hectic for me. I have a ton of things to do at my house. I decided to order in and I wanted something relatively diet, friendly or healthier than most takeout choices. My go to is usually non-Carbone because they have a Mesquite Grill and the chicken and steak are so flavorful. I can't even begin to tell you so when I order takeout I usually order at least three meals so I have it for the next couple of days Today I got the combo three-piece chicken combo with the baked potato and vegetable medley, side, healthy, and healthy for the next couple of days I got a steak bowl and a chicken bowl and let me tell you that steak smells and taste amazing yeah I had to sample it of course But if you're trying to stay on track, this is a great choice

The chicken is good but that's it. This "queso fundido" is the most foul thing I've ever seen as far as queso fundido goes. And they almost forgot. This is $11.55?! Absolutely insane and a waste of money. Staff almost forgot it and I wish they had honestly. First time trying this place and I'm not sure I'll try them again if this is what they think is passable food.I also ordered online for horchata and evidently that location doesn't have it...then why is it able to be ordered?!All around terrible first experience.

Been a customer of Don Carbon for a while, and it's good. However, this isn't fine dinning. This restaurant increased prices dramatically! What use to cost $9.47 (3 piece combo) is now $14.47. Compare the menu and everything is crazy expensive. I know what everyone is thinking, inflation, sorry no. While inflation accounts for most increases this is in the realm of price gauging. I enjoyed this place for a quick meal for me and the family but I won't be going back. A meal for me and my wife $50 dollars. Unsustainable, unjustified, and not worth that price point. Sorry but I would spend my money elsewhere if I were you. Defiantly better options out there that are not this expensive.

Running around town needed a quick bite and beer. We picked a good one even though this is a chicken place we got a burger and beer. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Small storefront location with a few tables outside.

First time to Don Carbon and I'm sure glad I did it. So much flavor. The place is my new go to for quick eats!!!

Can't say at that I have tried the food. Sounded really good, so we stopped to eat there. As soon as we walked in, we turned around and left. Smelled extremely strong of sewage! People kept walking in and we were like... can't they smell it?! It was strong, nasty, and we just couldn't imagine the cleanliness of cooking utensils, drinks, etc. in a place that smelled that bad. Last time we went ahead and ordered food at a place with a bad sewage issue, we got sick, and the place was shut down.

No chicken is better the freshly grilled. Crispy tender juicy it's delicious and the salsa just add to the greatness. The macaroni is a bit mushy sometimes but not a deal breaker

I understand raising the prices...I really do, but not that the chicken pieces are twice as small

Best chicken that I've ever had. I would own a franchise in a minute. Always hot, always fresh, always amazing. There isn't a better place that I'd ever go to eat in El Paso. The charro beans are on point and the side salad is also good. I probably eat here 2-3 times a week. Not even joking.

3rd time I get sick eating this chicken.... I don't recommend it any more. They need to find another supplier.
