Dollar General

Worst dollar general. I wanted to return something. It was unused and unopened. Seat cushions. I had my receipt and offered my ID. The manager had me wait several minutes while she made a phone call to the store down the street, where I originally purchased the cushions. When she came back she told me she had to verify with the other store's video surveillance camera but the manager at the store didn't have time to check so she could only return up to $25, the total would had been about $30. I didn't understand why all of this had to be confirmed so I called corporate and they agreed the manager was wrong and shouldn't have treated me that way. Corporate was amazing and very friendly but that manager at this Mesa hills store, is incredibly rude and needs to be reviewed. I will find out her name and post it as an update.

So About two weeks ago, on August 14 I brought a iphone charger from a las cruces store and around the 20th or so it stopped working . So I purchased another one from the local Apple Store before I had a chance to return the defective one . Anyway, today - August 25 (9 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE ) I stopped by this location to return the defective device - with receipt but without the packaging and was told that I had to return my charger to the store las cruces !?!!!!!! I eventually called to cooperate office and was contacted by the district manager who was kind enough to offer me a full refund on my purchase . This store needs help ??!??!

Was already waiting for 10 min in line and was told by cashier to go to her register and since we where next we proceeded... another lady got to the register which was at the back of the line and said she was already there, it was sad to see the cashier look at the situation and just do nothing while the rest of the line filled and we where forced to go to the back of the line..... when we approached to pay she looked at us with nothing to say :/... When I use to be a cashier at Albertsons I use to be fair with my people... BTW Would It Kill You To smile? Sad...
