DJ Ivan Events

I needed a DJ for my daughter's quinceanera and asked a few friends. Two recommended DJ Ivan but both stated to only book him if he was going to be the one that would be the DJ because otherwise he sent poor DJs. Ivan confirmed that he would be the one handling the event so I booked him. Big mistake! He sent someone else and the music was dismal. The DJ had no idea plus he would not even play songs that were being requested - even from the quinceanera! I sent Ivan a video and told him what was happening and he basically didn't care. Just the praying hand emoji as if that took care of everything. Do not take a chance with your special event. You will be very disappointed.

I hired DJ Ivan for a very special event and it was utterly such a disappointment! I paid for him to MC and get the crowd to engage instead it appears to be that he was disengaged and just didn't want to be at my event! In addition he was asked several times to play up to date music as the event was full of teenagers and they were of course seeking up to date music. In addition he was reluctant to play song that had been requested and he played the same songs over and over all night. Horrible and sad to say that is a memory that our family had for such a special event in El Paso! He also promoted himself as the first innovative DJ in El Paso TX and he was far from it. Terrible experience due to such a beautiful event held at such a beautiful venue!

I hired Dj Ivan for my daughters Quinceniera. I hired them for the DJ, the lighting and dance floor. The Dj was on point but the led dance floor was a total diaster. The dance floor was moving, people were falling. I am disappointed.

I had Dj Ivan for my Graduation event this past weekend, and I am completely satisfied. He arrived early to set up on the day of the event, well mannered, respectful, and flexible. People had so many requests and he was able to play all the songs we wanted from slow couples songs, to bachata, to end, to 90, early 2000s, and lots of line dances which everyone kept requesting. At one point I believe almost everyone was on the dance floor. He politely reminded me about payment which I appreciate because with all the hosting I had to do I nearly forgot. He was a pleasure to have and brought life to the party. Thank you
