Excellent experience and my curl pattern survived! Laly pressed me out and "trimmed" to perfection (y'all know a trim at the Dominicans is a full on haircut). But I needed it and my curls are thriving, reverted back perfectly with no damage. Also, I'd love some of that magical conditioner that really unlocked my hair and made detangling instantaneous.

Profesional staff, excellent stylists. They do multiple hairstyles and never disappoint.

I would rate this a no star if given the option. There is this one worker in particular who does NOT know how to do hair. When it comes to black women hair she has no respect what's so ever. She started detangling my hair before she wet and ripping it out! I asked her to please wait until it was wet to detangle it she refused. So, I got up and walked out. I refuse to get my hair done by someone who doesn't even deserve the credentials required to do hair. ​

This place is located right outside of main Bliss. I went here to get a wash and straightened my hair. I haven't done that in over two years...I'm referring to straighten my hair and not the wash part. I didn't have an appointment, but they took me as a walk-in. There was quite a bit of waiting, but it's expected. It was finally my turn, and I was not disappointed. I didn't get her name, but I believe she's the owner. She gave me a trim as well. My hair came out beautifully!!! It felt so light, and I was not used to it--the best part of it. My experience was when I went to pay, and she realized she charged me the wrong amount. She fixed it right away. The bottom line, she was honest!!! The prices are also reasonable, and those women do a great job. They are passionate about what they do, and they didn't take a break when I was there. They were on for feet the entire time. I like the vibe and the although I don't speak Spanish the music was soothing and gets you in the grove. Go check them out!!!

Wow, 2nd salon in ElPaso and batting a ZERO. The music is so LOUD in that place it feels like a BAR. They get you in quickly, wash your hair so you don't notice how loud and disconcerting the salon is until you're sitting under hair dryer. I kept thinking, someone might come in and rob us. The environment was very "street like" inside business. Asked my stylist if they could turn music down and was told to ask owner. Owner said, she liked her music loud. Paid for partial service and quickly left. Stay far away from this place. SCARY!! Here we go with another salon person unable to take constructive criticism. Hair care is discretionary money and should be a ZEN or spa like experience for the client. Consumer's patronage is for their comfort NOT YOURS! Turn your music down and behave like you are offering a professional service. You have a SCARY VIBE and I won't resend my previous commentary. High end clientele won't visit your street environment, but once!

This was my first time here at this salon. Now it is a Dominican hair salon these ladies all seem equipped. One lady came in with food & seen me and instantly put her food in the back or to the side to begin the washing process of my hair. The results of my wash and set and curl was amazing. Love the out come now the old prices you see online aren't the same (it's more in person) so call for the prices ahead. The young lady with green and red hair in the front she blew out my hair & styled it. While another lady with blonde streaks washed and conditioned and put me under the dryer with rollers. They were pretty quick considering I can in late & I didn't have to wait long at all. They play Dominican music all the time ; it's a decent vibe if you want to leave with a $75 wash n set & flat ironed & learn some song too. The trim was too much money ($30) so I skipped past it this time. Over all satisfied

Francesca was the best. She made my hair look very nice. Hence I am giving them 4 stars. I'm am visiting the area and needed a trim very badly. I saw they have great reviews and gave them a try. When I called the girl was very nice and accommodating They need to improve on their business practice. If you can ignore the cons then it's worth going to them. Ps. Bring a snack Pros. If I could rate this place zero stars I would .....TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The women who work there are RUDE!!! Over priced for a haircut I could get for $20 anywhere else. RUN!

They were great. My daughter absolutely loves her hair. Service was fast as well. We will be coming back again.

Walked in with a positive attitude because three people I knew with shorter hair raveabout the owner and her cuts. Clean shop asked for roller set was told after 3rd time allowed. Don't know if I will hold to that because I hate heat already on my hair. Little to no English asked for trim in broken Spanish that my husband taught.
