Brandon and his team are always friendly and helpful--even when busy. You can go into the store and expect to speak with a knowledgeable adult who can answer your questions, steer you away from unnecessary items and point you towards accessories, chemicals and products that will enhance your outdoor leisure spaces. I found Brandon and the team to be very honest about expected delivery times and equipment performance for my specific setup. If you live at altitude, are on propane, have a sloped yard or are in a windy area, please let them know because terrain, location and utility setup are factors that matter. Best of luck!

Nothing but good things to say! Brandon and his team have been amazing! They have services our pool for the last five years. Brandon helped us find the right team of guys to add an addition and studded it out for a jacuzzi. Even when we have been out of town, I can count on them to take care of my pool and hot tub. The worst company to deal with and that's in my dealings with the owner. We use them for our pool maintenance/cleaning which is supposed to be on a regular schedule, but that never happens, we have to call every single time to get the pool cleaned and then they show up at dinner time so we get to watch the guys clean the pool while we're eating, not nearly as enjoyable as it might seem.

I used to get all my supplies here but not any more. I sent my wife there with a list of things to buy and no body had masks on. So she got the free shock with a water test and left. Pool Tech costs more but they wear masks. Masks are to protect others not yourself.

Brandon and the entire staff have been great to work with. Have had my hot tub a couple years and they are always there to help me. They show up on time and o good work, can't ask for much more!

I like doing business with them, however, do not use Manuel Padilla (recommended by manager) for pool work. He did not show up on the days he was supposed to, did not by any stretch do what he said he would, painted pool and looks like a ten yr old did it with all the runs and drips and trash in the paint. Pool has many bubbles, blisters and started peeling right away. Said when he did it last fall he would redo it in the spring. Made an appointment for first part of May but didn't show. Now says it will be several weeks...that puts us into the middle of summer when it will be too hot to paint and when i really want to be isong my pool.
