A sincere thank you to the service staff at the Express Lane at Dick Poe Chrysler Jeep. My ID fell down a crack for the emergency brake and I was unable to get it out. I called the service department and they told me to come up to the Express Lane. I drove up and within minutes they were able to get my ID, and they didn't charge me. Thank you for taking care of me! I will definitely be sharing this positive experience with others.

Not impressed. Dropped off vehicle for service. 7 hours latter, having not heard from anyone, I called 7 different times; transferred 4 times leaving 4 messages, got transferred 1 time, going to obscure voice mail, and spoke to 2 people, never my rep... After waiting 2 hours for shuttle pickup,which was a no show, my 8th and final contact was finally with the service rep. About 30 minutes prior to close I finally get there and my paperwork wasn't ready... not shocked by the incompetence any longer. Customer service is lacking! Hopefully the tech was competent!Follow up- well apparently the tech was just as incompetent.... The tech didn't reset the computer... great job! You sure your folks aren't from SoCal?

Absolutely great experience from Dick Poe Jeep service department. My vehicle had a squeal coming from the rear end. Denny my customer service rep kept me well informed. The tech Luis was very receptive when he went on the ride with to verify the noise. Jaime a service manager showed me where the squeal was coming from and I even received a follow up from the service manager Cesar. I couldn't be happier with this service experience and I will likely visit Dick Poe Jeep for all if my Jeep's future service

I dropped one of my work trucks off Ram 3500(1of2) in February 2023 for DPF System and constant Regens issue. Jacob (Service Advisor) took it over. A month later I returned back from the road (Truck Driver/Hotshot) and was told it was ready. Picked it up and issue was not fixed only a recall was done. Regen was worse than when I dropped it off. Left an honest review Jacob called saying I cost him a $500 bonus. 2nd truck started having the same issues so I told him "by me not having an operational truck I'm not even bringing in any money. At least you still have income coming in!"Truck is still there and still has not been fixed. (Probably for retaliation for a bad review) I had to shut down my business due to not having an operational truck. This was the reason why I had 2 trucks so I would be able to have a truck running when one went down. Now I'm just scraping by to make ends meet as bills keep piling up, due to a service that was said to be done and problem fixed but never completed and fixed. -Air Force/Army Disabled VeteranOn 7/26/2024 Jacob (Service Advisor) called and said my truck was ready for pickup and said he had called me before to tell me what needed to be done. A $3,200 DPF system replacement. I never received that call. I told him the last time I received a call from him was when he called to complain about his $500 bonus he wasn't going to get and never received that information. Obviously communication is not his strong suit. I lost my business over this and still couldn't get the truck fixed. No real apologies from him or Dick Poe just basically they are not willing to fix the problem because they don't want to deal with me. Jacob stated he didn't call me to have a conversation but to tell me that my truck was ready for pickup! Loosely translating to come pick up your truck because we are not going to fix it after lying about calling to tell me what was wrong with my truck.

DO NOT USE THIS USED CAR LOT!!! My old jeep is currently sitting on the lot for 19,995 when they KNOW it has manufactured issues that cannot be fixed. I made them buy back my jeep due to them not disclosing accident information and all manufactured issues they proved to be fixed ARE NOT. They told me they will not sell this jeep on their lot which is a lie. This vehicle will run for 1 week and die on you. They will rip you off for your money and are completely dishonest. Leslie is an amazing car salesmen and helped me on every level but this lot is TERRIBLE!!

Peter Avila was my advisor. from March 2022 - Sept 2022 my car has been in THIS shop with THE SAME person working it. I took my car here in March 11 2022 - April 19th 2022 for my transmission Im thinking that is my Only car problem because PETER AVILA was the one who told me it was my transmission and Quoted the price for 6K & I end up paying 7k. He " fixed " my car. on April 18th or 4 day prior to April 19th he calls me to tell me that he FINALLY did the complete DIAGNOSTICS and saw my car will need additional repair && adding a EXTRA $800-900 to the bill He WAITED LAST MINUT to tell me so the only thing I was able to pay for was the transmission. AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON May 2022 I had to take my car back because it started to over heat & my car wasn't overheating before and I was confused as into why when people TOLD ME he REPLACED and fluids in there. they kept my car for 2 days and ran test on it and got it to stop running hot JULY - August 2022 I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK AGAIN because of the TRANSMISSION that I paid 6-7k for WITH warranty because something with wrong with it. he didn't tell me he just told me something was wrong with it ... HOW WHEN I PAID FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION ??? SOOO HE KEEPS IT FOR 2 DAMNN WEEKS . PETER AVILA AND the GENERAL MANAGER RALPH look at it and at first PETER was trying to charge me $915 for something else, they ended up letting me only pay for the parts and did the WorkIt's now SEPT 2022... AND guess what !?!! I HAVE TO TAKE my car back because of THE SAME ISSUE MY NEW TRANSMISSION is acting up && I just dished money out too them RALPH the GENERAL MANAGER offered to tow my car to them... && I'm now waiting With my THREEE KIDS for them to RE FIX THE DAMNN PROBLEM...Either they don't know what they are doing or UNPROFESSIONAL or because I'm a female they are doing this or because I'm black Because why didnt Peter run a COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC on my car the FIRST TIME IT WAS THERE WHEN I DROPPED it off , he waited 4 days prior to run it after he quoted $6-7k . I will keep the review updated. As well I will seek to see who I can speak to HIGHER because obviously they don't take me serious or care or I don't know but I will use my resources to bring light to this situation. I have 3 kids a single mom I can't keep missing work and they miss school because they are incompetent of doing their job.

Money hungry salesmen(Jose Perez) and manager. Took me out for a test drive and the alignment was way off to the right side. The tires were so bad as well. Truck was so dirty, none of this was mention on the online description. Got back to the dealership and right away wanted to start the paper work without even asking how i felt about the truck. Truck had almost 48k miles on it and was a 2021. He try getting me to pay 40k for the truck, I showed him, that the 2023 tacomas were starting at that price. His ego went up after that saying he's the salesmen and he knows the game, blah blah blah. He had the audacity to say no one around the area had those trucks on their lot. I pulled out my phone and showed him they were available at 3 Toyota dealerships. He got so mad after I did that he started to argue and talk back. Unprofessional and rude for the rest of the time I was there. If you going to shop at Dick Poe Make sure you don't do business with JOSE PEREZ(salesmen).

spoke to lupe concerning service on my jeep. this is my second purchase with dick poe.lupe was going to forward an email with a quote.i called the second day to explain i never received a quote. lupe was not available and i spoke to angi. i provided the same information for the quote. i never received a quote via the email.i called the third day. both lupe and angi were absent from work. i asked to speak to the service manager casear jara. he stated he would look into my quote. i hope to see an email quote as promised. i called viva jeep and was provided an email quote. looking forward in working with viva jeep for my next purchase.
