Dick Poe Body Shop

It's no secret I love Dick Poe but now I especially love their Body Shop department! Shout OUT! to Abbey Irrobaili who without her assistance I may have never heard back from the dang Granite Construction Insurance. After getting the runaround and then the sudden silence from them regarding fixing my car ABBEY Irrobaili to the rescue. Her quick action and know how got that insurance company to finally respond to they personally apologized for the inconvenience. THANK YOU, ABBEY IRROBAILI!!!!

I feel this place is incredibly unprofessional. Putting aside the fact that in the main office the employees were making jokes about 4/20 & blasting rap music while we were waiting for a key that never came until we prompted the employees AGAIN.We were unsatisfied by the work we had done on a Toyota Corolla.

This is THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. The people that work in the service, ESPECIALLY - TONY and the girl that works in front of him are THE WORST when it comes to customer service. Tony told me he would call me back 4 times and ALL 4 times I HAD TO CALL BACK to get status. Took forever to answer questions BUT had time to sell a Superbowl square to an employee and EVERY TIME he gave me a due time you had to add at least 2 days to it. WORST PLACE EVER. Don't understand when the front offices were so polite and professional. This one department destroys their reputation!

The customers service is gone way down ever since dick Poe died, they have a bunch of amateurs that don't know what they're doing running the place now, they would not stand behind their body and paint work they did on my 4Runner, they kept stalling and say they were in meetings when I saw them come up to the window and look at me in the parking lot??, There's better places to get body and paint work done on Montana

Do not recommend I took my vehicle here after getting into an accident (wasn't my fault) had my car in the body shop for atleast 3 months , I would hardly ever get updated on what was going on. Prior to taking my car there I order $100 LED lights for the outside and once I finally got my car back they were cut the paint job wasn't correct and many other things. I highly don't recommend

This is one of the worst places I was directed too. I was hit by a car on the rear bumper due to which myCar's left rear lights and the back camera were damaged. After 3 long months of wait, going back and forth with my insurance company I had to finally take it in my hands and contacted the other party's insurance and finally got a hold of them to fix the car. They directed me to Dick Poe body shop on Montana El Paso, TX. Maggy was the rep who sounded super good at her work and inspected the car and informed us that the camera was damaged as well and that she would fix the lights and the back camera. She had my car for almost 2 weeks and when I asked her if everything's good she said yes and that the camera is working fine. When we went to pick up the car we realized that the back camera wasn't working yet.my husband told her that the camera isn't working and she simply denies stating it was working fine until now. He just picked up the car from her and when he showed it to her then and there, she says she can't do much and that we have to go through the insurance again. Is this some kind of a joke. She knows nothing, more over she pulled the wires out of the car and didn't even care to put the wires back. Total rip off, they are cheaters and liars. When we question them they tell why would they even touch it. We know what happened and in what condition we gave her the car, but she doesn't even have the decency to tell us the truth, nor does she care to fix it. Do not go to this body shop. If you have a good car they will definitely ruin your car and then say they have nothing to do with it, and simply ask us to deal with the insurance in-order to make you pay from your pocket.I have a wire literally hanging under my steering wheel, and only she and god knows what that was connected too.

My husband and I dropped off our Durango for repairs after being hit by an uninsured motorist. It took two attempts for the body shop to finish the required repairs correctly. The body shop staff, specifically Maggie, is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. We are paying them to complete a service and Maggie acts as if she is doing us a favor all while failing to return phone calls or keep us informed of the progress of the repairs in a timely manner. I would never recommend this body shop nor would I ever bring a vehicle in for repairs.

Took my car for an estimate only for body work and they took it apart. I was supposed to get a call on Friday to give me the estimate and take the car home but service advisor (Account Manager) and body techs had left, spoke to used car manager and was told I would get someone to put my car back together by next day. Of course it didn't happen but same person did call Saturday to let me know. The account manager Mario Ramos is horrible at returning calls. I finally got a hold of him on Monday and was told that even though I only asked for an estimate, the car was already disassembled and couldn't put it back together. He said parts would arrive soon and Friday to be ready on Friday (only 5 days away) - it was either this or get a tow truck to come pick up the vehicle. I left it and after that no communication even though left him several messages and finally had to get my insurance Rep from Progressive to get answers from them.Work is not good and they tricked me into getting this done there. My door isn't right and they gave me back the car with new dings and I believe it was a revenge thing -- of course they said that it was already there from before but it wasn't Stay away
