Stopped here for lunch today. The Rippchen that I wanted was not available - "it's a winter meal". I had the brat, my wife had the hot pastrami and kraut. The kraut was excellent - I ended up putting a big glob on my brat. The bun was ver German, the sausage was very good. The pastrami was just so-so. Not very hot, not a generous portion of meat, and the bread seemed old.Service is very slow here. The proprietor is the cook, waitress, busboy, etc. Have patience. She is wonderful and very friendly, but there's only one of her!I guess I was expecting a bit more from a German deli. They didn't have any selection of sausages, cheeses, bakery, etc. to purchase for cooking at home. This is strictly a sandwich place.

The local "Big Box" had run out of their "German bologna" and hadn't re-stocked for 2 weeks. So where do you go, then, in Sierra Vista?"Deutsches Eck" aka the German Deli.Small deli, limited seating, limited menu BUT when I asked for a pound of German bologna, I got a pound of GERMAN bologna! GREAT! Thin sliced, old fashion packaging, super service despite the Owner multi tasking my order, her breads baking in the back, handling the phone and 2 "regulars." There is also a small grocery area of German products for sale.I'm so happy I stopped by and will be back; next time for bologna AND fresh bread! Please visit this store, you won't be disappointed!!

If you want authentic leberkase, come here. I have been searching for leberkase that is remotely close to what they have in Austria and found it here.

This place is very small but good. I am a sauerkraut snob, coming from a German family myself, and theirs is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and chatty. Didn't mind te wait on my food!

I grew up in Germany. This place is wonderful if you like German food. I do all my german shopping here (breads, meat, candy, condiments, etc). I love this place at christmas time which brings back memories of christmas. I was sad when they could no longer sell KinderEier but that was due to government regulations.

Small deli and sub shop with German style food. The menu is small but the food is good and the prices fair. Expect casual service, you might wait 15 minutes or more for a sandwich evenin they are not busy. It is generally worth the wait as the food is fresh and tasty.
