Desert Warriors Paintball

Beware: prepare to pay for $100 for a cheap case of paint that should cost $50-$60. Great field layouts and great turnout of people on a Saturday.

A STRAIGHT SCAM. Was here with my unit and they are only issuing 20 guns at a time, but yet are swapping masks like it's nothing. But, they take all the soldiers money before they told us that. Crazy huh?Do not waste your time with your unit coming here, complete and utter disappointment.

I reserved a time slot for my platoon of 20+ Soldiers to play paintball as a team building exercise in addition to my Platoon the other two Platoons in my Battery reserved the same time slot which meant there would be upwards of 60 Soldiers coming to play. Upon arrival at Desert Warriors we were told that they would only issue 20 masks and guns because of COVID even though we were told each person would receive a gun, air, mask, and 500 paintballs "each". Because of this it resulted in all of our personnel having to share guns and masks to be able to play because they will not give refunds. I would absolutely not recommend anyone coming to play paintball here especially if you're in the Military looking to bring a Platoon out here, it is a total scam save yourself and your Soldier the money and go somewhere else.

My kids went here for a birthday party and loved it they had a great time the only thing bad about this place is that they require a 100% what they call a deposit however it's really it's $100 nonrefundable fee to reserve gear. They charge $25 per kid on top of this for the gear rental and paint. I tried calling to make reservations several days in a row only to get voicemail of which I left messages and filled out their online form several times leaving messages trying to get a call back never did. My girlfriend finally called and they called her right back. So not sure what that was about. She ended up putting down the deposit when they told us the kids could play from 2 to 530 at the latest because of the Halloween shows they had going in the evening. In the meantime I had messaged on Facebook asking about their hours and they finally replied on Facebook and said they were open however we had to be done by three. This was contradictory to what they told my girlfriend. So she reached out and tried to confirm and they never got back to her. Our other girlfriend went in to find out what was going on the next day before we arrived because our reservations were at 2:30 and found out that yes the kids had to be done at three.So they took a deposit knowing that by the time the kids got there and dressed out they wouldn't even have time to play.This was very underhanded. And we had it on text that they could stay till 530. My other girlfriend went in a couple hours before we were supposed to go in and talk to someone and showed him the text the guy there said yes it was their fault and they would refund us within a half an hour. That day came and went and no refund. My girlfriend who actually paid the deposit called and asked for a refund was and the girl there tiff told her it was nonrefundable and they were not going to refund it but we could use it at another time. We explained that we couldn't reschedule anytime soon because our friends that were going with us I will be moving and they still wouldn't refund it. So I took my other girlfriend to call back and talk to the guy she originally spoke to and let him know that we were going to reach out personally to the owners and find out what was going on.The guy that originally helped her agreed that it was wrong and was going to reach out to the owners to try to get us a refund. The refund finally came today. Two days later and we had to put up a huge stink even though it was clearly their error. So for fun I give it a five rating but for the way they do business I give it a one.

Bought a WARRIOR ELITE PARTY PACKAGE ($250) on Saturday, got there at 1 P.M. paid cash 45min later waiting in line to fill up with air, no luck 1 hr later still letting the compressor fill up to "3000" psi NO LUCK. This was for my son's birthday party did not want to disappoint so took 11 TANKS to fill up down the street at AMERICAN EAGLE ( $40) later and 1:45min wasted! There employees are very unprofessional and did not offer any solution. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PAID A PENNY AT THIS DUMP!

Will never return to this establishment again or recommend it to anyone. While waiting in line for about an hour to pay for our rentals we witnessed your employee Mark (the person dealing with customers) be rude and unprofessional with every paying customer in front of us. He argued with a teenager who simply asked for a larger mask, and not to mention didn't even clean it before putting it back on the rack for someone else to use. In the age of COVID the lack of sanitation was alarming at this place. He also told the guy in front of us that he needed something of value because your customers are always stealing things from them. When it was our turn to pay for our rentals we were treated with the same unprofessional attitude. We were given a damaged mask and I came back within a few minutes to ask for an exchange and not only did your associate demean me in front of your other employee but he accused me of breaking it because "they don't give broken masks". We immediately got our money back and went down the street to American Eagle Paintball and were treated properly, professionally and without issue. This wasn't a one off situation either because every customer in line with us was met with attitude and sarcasm. You need to rethink the type of people you have doing face to face interactions with your paying customers.
