Desert Rustic Kitchen

Desert Rustic Kitchen its a mobile BBQ Food Truck. I have only seen it inside Fort Bliss so I am unsure if they have a local business off post or if they also go outside El Paso. The truck features loud Country Music which attracted me to it, but the smell... mmm undeniable the food tastes as good as the smell!! I ended up checking them out one day after I forgot my lunch, I saw they sell pre prepared breakfast Burritos and purchased 2. They were really good and the salsa .. oh my .. making me hungry when writing about it. Later for lunch I had a Pulled pork sandwich. Wow again making me hungry.. it was delish!!! I like them lots and highly suggest. They do feel a bit pricey which its okay but being a mobile truck next to a gas station gives you a different vibe. From what I noticed Only one of the staff speaks English and last the pulled pork sandwich is delicious and melts in your hands but when you have to go to an important meeting afterwards its not a great idea. Make sure you request napkins and utensils.
