Greeting at Desert Gardens

Drove into this lovely park yesterday to visit friends and this was the greeting at the front gate. Who needs this kind of "community?" In this day and age, we should all try a little more kindness. I understand that rules can be good for a community, but is this the way to help your residents know them? VERY unwelcoming. It just says to potential new residents, beware, we're not very nice. Think about it.

I was considering buying a mobile home in Desert Gardens yes community. I gave an employee at the mobile home park a money order for $50 to run a background check on me. They weren't going to do it until the middle of March. I decided against this mobile home. I decided he was asking much more than what it was worth. Anyway, I let the guy know I had changed my mind and the park allowed him to pick up my money order which he never sent to me. They are trying to say it is between him and me and I'm telling them that I gave them the money order not him and that they owed me the $50. They had no right to give my money away. I have called Lorena Several times to inquire about my money. Last time she said she was going to send him an email about it and CC me on that. That never happened. I don't know what your problem is but they owe me $50. Not trust them with your money!

Hubby & I JUST moved into a BRAND NEW 3bdrm, 2bath home and its BEAUTIFUL! The staff has been NOTHING but friendly & helpful. We rented from Desert Gardens site unseen because we relocated from Southern Arizona. We've been here a total of 3 days and even though we don't have ALL of our stuff yet, it couldn't feel anymore like home! Definitely looking forward to living here for the long term! Thank You to Rachel,Lorena & Sylvia and The Maintenance Staff!

I lived at this place for two years and each of the 3-5 management changes has been worse than before. The first year they constantly and randomly cut off the water. The gate to the community has not worked ever, crime rates are going up and the family community is becoming scary and trashy with rude management. I would rather be homeless than to live there ever again. We moved out and then they evicted us to be rude and spiteful

P.S. I keep calling "Karlee" the Yes employee (Manager!) who responds to these reviews...but there is nobody there but an answering machine, and NO CALL BACKS. So, as far as I can see, the concerned response of Yes! Corp. is just as bogus as the rest of their services. What a complete disappointment.
