Worst management ever nobody ever answers the phone I have to call 10 or 12 times to get these managers to answer and I would rather speak to a supervisor or someone else who will answer

Lived here for 6 months, and ended the lease early than expected. We lived on the second floor, and the building was brand new and nobody lived in the apartment yet. The buildings are poorly made, during dust storms windows shake, windows don't close all the way leaving a gap for bugs and dust. The bathroom tub did not come with a shower rod. the balcony was poorly made it shakes when you stand on it. The appliances were installed poorly they are chipped and have scratch marks. The leasing office when we applied to live there never returned our calls or emails, and it wasn't until the day before we moved in, that they answered the phone and emailed the lease to be signed. The leasing agents Adriana is always there and receptionist, they never answer emails or phone calls. When we moved in they didn't accept out email of 30 days, and moved it more days over. The people who live here are very loud, and do not pick up after their pets or supervise kids. The pool always had roaches in it, kids playing in the parking lots unsupervised at all times of days, and a girl in a red car would get into fist fights with her mom at all times of day, police would never arrive when called. Couples leaving their trash in their balcony attracting roaches. The building might look appealing for the area of El Paso, but go to the west side and avoid the building. And the leasing agents.
