Last week I called to schedule a estimate for our lawn care and pest control. It was scheduled for Wednesday the next week between 9am and noon. I missed the first call and 15 minutes later I get a call asking if I was home. The customer service representative called the service technician and he had gone on to the next client. My first question was why did she call and ask if I was home if he was not coming. Then since he was scheduled for my estimate. Why could he not come later in the time schedule? She wanted to reschedule and I told her if this is the way Delta treats their customers; why would I spend my money with them.

This company is very professional and has great customer service. They re-did our irrigation system and got our yard to looking beautiful. The workers are very friendly and efficient when they do their work. I would highly recommend them. We moved to Washington State but still have our house in El Paso. We are on a bi-monthly basis with them and they don't miss a beat. We are now comparing their service to local ones and there is no comparison.

I have been dealing with this horrible company all summer. Repairs had to be done several times before done the right way. Never show up when scheduled to. Don't return calls for days. Paid to have repair on valve just before leaving on 3 days weekend. When I returned my yards were flooded. They claim didn't charge me for valve so charged me again! Actual charges are always a lot higher than estimates. Will never use again. Save your pocketbook & call another company

What happened?! I had a FANTASTIC experience with this company in 2017 when I needed tree trimming service. Two years later it has been a nightmare dealing with them. Customer service tells me they will call me back in half an hour or by the end of the day and it never happens. I've been trying to get on the schedule since September it's now December... Why am I working so hard to be a repeat customer? I'm giving up and moving on to another company. I just wish they would have told me back in September they didn't need or want my business. We could have saved each other a lot time and unnecessary trouble.
