Deligance Sensations Party Hall

We rented a chocolate and chamoy fountain for our wedding on the 15th of October at Selarom ballroom. They were timely and decorated beautifully!! It went with our theme, was elegant and absolutely delicious!! The attendant was AMAZING!! He was so polite, kind, quick and clean!!He kept wanting me to get a plate and of course being a bride you're always pulled in a. Inch of directions, before shutting down, he hunted me down and made a plate especially for me to have!!!What an amazing satisfying job!!! I will definitely be using this company again!!! So so happy they made my special day even better!!!

We had a party planned for a weekend, we called and ordered tables and chairs with Deligance Sensations. They were scheduled to bring the tables and chairs as they called a morning delivery, as the part was at 1. At 11am I called to find out when they would be arriving and the lady I spoke with said she would have to call me back. I called and called back for an hour and half, no one answered. Finally around 12:45 she called me back and said that they were really busy and that the delivery guy would be at my house around 4 or 5 and that he was still on the west side. Unacceptable. If you can not make a delivery, do not schedule one. I will NEVER recommend this company, in fact, if someone asks who they could call I will tell them to NEVER CALL DELIGANCE SENSATIONS.

This has been one of the worst business that i have ever dealt with. This business is being run by a bunch of kids that don't know what the hell they are doing. My tables and chairs were delivered by three different people in different cars at different times leaving my tables scattered all over the place. Not to mentioned that the last tables and chairs were delivered 35 min before my event. By the time my guess were arriving we were still setting up tables not being able to decorated them. I tried calling them several times but decided to turn off their phones and send me straight to voice mail. This kids are too lazy to pick up the damn phone to let you know that they are going to be late. Oh yeah and i don't recommend the strawberries a lot of these strawberries were so tiny and done so unprofessional that i could have done a better job myself. If you guys really want to make it in this business i recommend you guys start working early in the morning to get a jump start and be professional about it. Its not fair to your customers that once u take our money you blow us off very unprofessional. AND PICK UP YOUR DAMN PHONE.
