Delicious Mexican Eatery Catering

Puzzled and muy disappointed with the tamales de rajás. Def not traditional. Way too much masa encasing a green mash of don't know what sans sazón. Wouldn't swallow it spit it out. Ordered half dozen but got a full twelve. Shouldn't have declined the receipt. Enjoyed the flautas and burrito de chile verde tho but the tamales de rajás (strips) total failure!

Extremely disappointed in Delicious. I was looking forward to them catering our wedding. After over a month (almost two months) of them promising me an invoice so I could make a down payment and secure them for my date, I received nothing. I cannot believe that a restaurant that I rated 5-stars, and recommend as my favorite restaurant in all of El Paso would treat their customers like this. They were the only business we wanted to cater our wedding and I told the owner that multiple times. I kept getting apology after apology for a delayed response. Then when I got another apology and another promise that the invoice would be in my email, I told them: "I'm not trying to be disrespected or anything, but I've had to contact you four five times now. We love your restaurant, but it's very disappointing to us that it's been this difficult just to get an invoice. It makes us wonder what the day of our wedding will be like to be honest. I'm sorry but if I don't hear from you tomorrow I'm going to have to move on to another caterer." The owner responded with: "I'm sorry I do want your business. I will have done tomorrow. We have a great product and a great service. We will. It disappoint you." I was still, nevertheless, left disappointed with no email in my inbox yesterday or today. I will not be recommending this restaurant, or their catering to anyone. I also will not be returning to the restaurant itself. Bad service trumps good food for me.
