Del Valle Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy

I have been receiving therapy at Del Valle for my shoulder after surgery in October. I have to say, after taking my parents to therapy at other locations in town, that I am exceptionally pleased with the knowledge and service of the staff at Del Valle. I work with Mark and Jowell, but have also been helped by everyone else on the team. They are professional, supportive, friendly, and, best of all, know what they are doing. They calm me when I worry about my shoulder and push me when I need to do more. I've observed them working with patients from youngsters to senior citizens and they do a great job with all ages. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PT! While I look forward to being done with therapy, I will miss the camaraderie and support I receive there.

Here on a weekly basis. Front desk people are awesome. Therapists are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to all needing therapy.

I have been receiving therapy at Del Valle for the last 35 weeks. I was referred by my family physician for balance training since I have had a history of falling for the past two years. I am elderly and being treated for hypertension and later Parkinson's Disease. It was later discovered that the medications for hypertension and Parkinson's Disease side effects were causing the frequent episodes of falling and instability when walking. The staff at Del Valle under Isaac were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive in providing the therapy you needed. They are an exceptional health care team. I would highly recommend them to my friends and anybody who needs physical therapy. They are the best! Ron Childress

Thanks for answering, but I tried speaking with her, your manager, and she did nothing; it stayed the same. No, all done. If Mark was dedicated as you state (and as my review refutes!) I wouldn't be here, I'd be in your facility continuing the care I still need. Tired of begging for what should be the normal course of care there for me from my assigned therapist. I would've at least liked discussing my case with him at points in my care--and really tried. He just ignored me, as my original review states. Again, I'm all done.

Not good as it used to be Mike has issue with some people I would not recommend this physical therapy and the old lady who works in the back I had a hard time conforming my appointments if were you I would look for another physical therapist they are some good ones out there I found one right for me it's is smaller but I like it

Began using Del Valle because of location and a recommendation from a friend after major surgery last fall. It is the BEST choice I ever could have made. The Staff is amazing and very helpful. The team approach used in my therapy is fantastic. It is great to have several sets of eyes looking out for me during my recovery. They are sensitive to my needs and have encouraged me when the progress was slow. I will truly miss this team when I am discharged. Thank You, Corry, Mike and Zak for taking such great care of me.

there were issues with the insurance and the office verifying coverage but the owner came and spoke with us directly and took care if it. They have been great other than the initial mix up!
