Dark and Loud

Amazing work done on both of my cars‼Definitely a good spot, good pricing, haven't had any issues with any of their work, bringing more vehicles soon, definitely recommend. Never took super long, chill environment.

I went in to get my two front windows tinted and they placed a red sticker on the actual window where the tint was placed that said "do not roll the windows down for 3-5 days". I did exactly as indicated and when I went to try to take the sticker off, it was literally stuck to the film on the window and it was the hardest thing to get off. I'm extremely frustrated at their inattentiveness in placing stickers on a window that was just treated. Why not place the sticker on the actual window switch Esther than the window? Doesn't make sense to me.

Horrible customer service, I've been here twice. The first time I came in last Saturday they told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half they had me waiting for half hour looking for a part. Then told me they had to ordered it. I told them I'd be back that following Saturday to get everything done as I was out of time. The owner said I'd have to pay for the part before they could order it. That following Monday I called twice and left a message to order the part. No one called me back.. I came in the following Saturday told the lady I wanted everything done and that I would just have to wait for the part. I went next door for an appointment and hour later I come in and NOTHING had been done... she then proceeds to say that she wasn't paying attention the last time I was in and didn't know what I was getting done and the owner was too busy at another store to tell her what my order was... I showed her the car where I had written down everything and verbally told her I wanted everything done and that I would do the tint today and wait for the part to do the rest. Horrible customer service, horrible experience!!!!

NO VAYAN ACÁ! UN TERRIBLE SERVICIO, el personal son unos groseros, NO VENGAN PARA NADA, Para nada ni por instalación de vidrios ni para instalación de equipo. Les llevamos el carro de mi novio, para instalación de un radio con el producto claramente y ellos dijeron que si que si podían que no había problema. Que tardaban 2 a 3 horas. Ya luego nos llaman y dicen que el equipo no es compatible. A lo que le decimos okey vamos a buscar el carro. Y cuando llegamos nos dijeron son 120$ porque le metimos mano al carro!! Y yo tipo pero ya va porque 120$ si no hicieron nada cuando empiezo a hablar con él porque me va a cobrar eso, me dice que esa es la mano de obra ( la cual no hicieron nada) a lo que le digo disculpa pero no me mencionaste esto antes de dejarte el carro solo me dijiste que si podía venir en 2 a 3 horas, luego me dice que eso en el contrato aparece. Perfecto dame el contrato cuando lo leo no dice nada. Le dije si me hubieses dicho que me vas a cobrar 120$ por algo que haga o no haga el trabajo, yo claro que no te lo dejo. Me dice ES QUE ES SUPOSICIÓN. Y yo le dije que de suposiciones no se vive que los comerciantes tienen que poner sus términos y condiciones allí no venir a cobrarme 120$ por no hacerme nada. Y por decirle eso vinieron y dijeron YO COBRO POR HORA AHORA SON 480$.. whattt??? Mi novio súper pacífico lo pago! Pero CLARO QUE NO HICIERON NADA! Aún que le llevamos el producto lo llevamos desarmado todavía vienen y dicen que van a cobrar 120$ por hacer NADA por que ni si quiera desarmaron el equipo viejo porque ya estaba desarmado!! NO VAYAN!! Evítense que los roben! DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE, the staff are rude, DON'T COME HERE FOR ANYTHING, not for glass installation or equipment installation. We took my boyfriend's car for a radio installation, with the product clearly provided, and they said yes, no problem, that it would take 2 to 3 hours. Later, they called us and said the equipment wasn't compatible. So we said, okay, we'll go pick up the car. When we arrived, they told us it would be $120 because they "worked on the car!" And I'm like, wait, why $120 if you didn't do anything? When I started talking to him about why he was charging that, he said it was for labor (which they didn't even do). I told him, excuse me, but you didn't mention this before we left the car; you just told me to come back in 2 to 3 hours. Then he said it was in the contract. Fine, give me the contract. When I read it, there was nothing about that. I told him, if you had told me that you would charge $120 whether or not you did the work, I definitely wouldn't have left the car with you. He says, "That's assumed." And I told him, you can't live off assumptions; businesses have to clearly state their terms and conditions, not charge me $120 for doing nothing. And because I told him that, they came back and said, "I CHARGE BY THE HOUR, NOW IT'S $480." Whattt??? My boyfriend, being super calm, paid it! But OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! Even though we brought the product already disassembled, they still tried to charge $120 for doing NOTHING because they didn't even disassemble the old equipment; it was already disassembled! DON'T GO!! Save yourself from being robbed

Terrible service. Cocky aloof staff. Dishonest pricing. Buyer beware, definitely do not go here.

Either they are out of business or are beyond unprofessional. Made appointment yesterday for 10 AM (wife's car) and 2 PM (my car). Received e-mail confirmation yesterday for both appointments. Showed up at 9:50 AM and waited until 10:08 AM...place stayed locked up, with nobody around. Even called their number, but of course, no answer.Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

Got played won't return here. I got speakers done too my truck and I got a tent done too my car the same day when I got home I Relieved they did not do the front window so when I went back a 2 days later they said since I can't find the receipt they won't help like really man I was just there a day or two ago

I went in to replace my old tint. Not only did they do a great job on my tint, they offered to upgrade my old radio as well at a great price. I felt like I got a new car in just a couple of hours. I was honestly expecting my tint to bubble but it didn't. They were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this place!
