Worse attorney ever. They did not worked in my case. I have to call many times. They got upset for my honest review on Google and dismissed my case and send it back to the original Law Firm. It was a waste of time. I really do not recommend Labinoti Law Firm to anyone! Instead look for Cathy Cobb...she will help you for real ! That is the only thing I have to say about it.

I was refered to Labinoti for an employment discrimination. She is the worst lawyer to hire to fight a case. She handles the easy cases. She is no litigator. She will never take open cases. She will only cator to people that have money. She will not care about the client. I have submitted previous reviews and she keeps deleting them. I will keep on placing a review every week if she keeps on deleting them. I think the people need to know about this attorney. Daniela is the type of attorney that will not return your call personally. She hides behind her secretary. No ethics, no honor, no integrity.

I've been working with Ms. Labinoti's office for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, I was hit by someone who had a horrible and uncooperative auto insurance company. However, Ms. Labinoti worked hard for me to make sure I received what I was due from them. I always felt like I understood where we were in the process of getting that company to own up to their responsibility. It was very easy to communicate with Ms. Labinoti's office. I was able to text questions for convenience, and always knew if I needed to speak with Ms. Labinoti she was available. When she and I did speak, it was never rushed and we discussed everything from my case to the nature of insurance as a whole. I truly felt like I had an advocate. In the future, I would definitely trust her again to handle any of my legal issues. A+

She and her staff handled my case with a tremendous level of attention to detail and patience as they helped me untangle the situation with my employer. I was impressed by how well they were able to handle a case which had resulted in a significant amount of harm to myself and my family and I am incredibly grateful that I was referred to her.She and her staff were attentive to my needs and they were patient working with me as I dealt with some major health issues and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. If I could they would get zero stars , they took my case 2 years ago told me what to do because I was discriminated and let go from my old job because I had gotten sick and they let me go, I would call every other day and all they would say was "we would call you when the lawyer gets in to the office" never received a call they made loose my time I honestly think they only take easy cases to have a higher win percentage in court , all they told me after 2 years was to go with another lawyer because they couldn't help me, they made me waste 2 freaking years waiting on them , too much propaganda and no help for the ones that really need it , so look for another lawyer a better one that ain't scared to fight for you , they are a big disappointment. Freedom of speech makes me tell them FAH -Q .

I was strung along for two months calls not returned and was hung up on. Now after much time wasted I have to search for another attorney. The experience here added t I the stress of losing my job. Do not call upon this law firm and expect professional help. I called the office today for answers and was hung up on. A major lack of ethics and compassion. It would have been better to get a dog because the pet would have been more attentive and compassionate
