HOAs beware. Absolutely worst leadership with no delivery of services and yet the fees are collected handsomely. Wow. It is unreal that as homeowners we are paying a company thousands of dollars to neglect us, our yards and act as they are doing us favors. How are they still in business... the mediocrity that has become okay with everyone???

Absolutely...the...worst. Do not walk away, run like your life depends on it. Did nothing, screwed everything up - work requests, contracts for the community, and everything they had anything to do with. Their staff are horrible and unresponsive. You'd find better attitudes on death row in Attica.

I am waiting for Dana Properties to get me a w9 agreement. I have been waiting for this document for over a week. I will change this review based on if in fact I get the document that is needed as part of a packet to short sell my house and my overall experience with them!

WE WERE DISCRIMINATED BECAUSE OF SEEKING HELP! MY FAMILY WAS BRANDED AS "ILLEGALS"!My daughter called to report a garbage disposal issue with our neighbor. She spoke with CYTHIA, I heard everything she told to my daughter since she was on speaker, she was so rude. My daughter was explaining the situation when this "CYNTHIA" cut her off and said "we don't speak with tenants". Mind you, we own this property for almost 7 years now. And she went on saying "do you have anything else to say? If none, good bye". Then the call was dropped.I called back and asked for CYNTHIA, after telling her that I am the father of who called her earlier, she just said "here we go again, bye illegals!" Then dropped the callDamn that hurts, yes we are Mexican-American but we are not an illegals in the states.This broke my heart as a head of our family. We were discriminated because of seeking for help!
