Daddy O's Car Wash

This is a great car wash the gets my car sparing clean, they do offer a loyalty program which we joined and allows unlimited washes each month which is a really great program. They offer a little fragrance card with each wash and it usually lasts about a week. After the car wash they wipe down the wheels and dry the car not leave and spots. This is a great car wash and has a great deal of $7.00 for the basic car wash.

CAUTION WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD!!! I saw the girl in the little building you pay at take pictures of my my credit card! I immediately asked her why she did that she denied it & said she was just texting her friend. I explained that was what I saw and she shouldn't even a phone around if she is working with credit cards. I called my credit card company and flagged my account & they recommended it be canceled and a new card issued. I spoke to a extremely unprofessional manager or so he claimed to be and he said oh yeah she told me but no she didn't do that. I asked if he was in the booth and saw what I saw he said no I said then if she has done this to me who else has she done this to?! He said no she didn't do that either way she should have a phone around customer credit cards and he said well she did so is there anything else I can help you with!!! MAKE THE TRIP ELSE WHERE OR IF YOU PAY WITH CREDIT WATCH ALL YOUR UPCOMING TRANSACTIONS

If you want a thorough clean and wiped down vehicle this is the place to go! The entire area is super clean-they are nice and they smile at their customers!!! Check em out- good tips are always appreciated by the folks wiping down your baby on wheels

Love this car wash due to the high sucking vacuums , only down side is the employees drying your car. They don't dry it correctly and with the hydro wax the sand get stuck onto it . Hence a waste of anybody's money .

First, I am extremely disappointed that I paid for the $14 carwash and I was not told the carwash was using little to no soap for washing vehicles. I believe the business should have not been selling any premium washes that day (February 14, 2022, Eastlake location) and the customer should have been given the option to leave or stay. After this I will not visit this location. My question what else was this business limiting on or ran out of...rain X????
