Went to this studio because it had so many good reviews and it did not disappoint. I got my hair cut by Jose and he did such an amazing job, he knew exactly what to do. I am definitely going here again in the future.

I did a walk in even though on their website it says appointment only. They said it would be 30 minutes before someone could help me, but I was helped 4 minutes after sitting to wait. Jose cut two inches off my hair and straightened it, all after shampooing and conditioning it. The price was what I expected. The service was not amazing, but not short from pleasant. I'm happy with the results and my overall visit.

Omar cut, colored, and styled my wife's hair and did a phenomenal job. It was the first time she had gotten her hair cut differently in probably a decade so she was a little nervous. Let me just say, she looked AMAZING afterwards. I couldn't help but stare and smile. Omar told her that he also cuts men hair and its $15. I've been going to Gentlemens republic but I've had mixed results and its way more expensive. I had Omar cut my hair and he included a shampoo, not sure if it's part of the price or he's just nice. He is very personable and cares a lot about making you look good. Everywhere I move I try to find one barber to cut my hair. It's been 9 months in El Paso and I'm thabkful to have finally found the one! Thanks Omar!

This place is so good. I had my eyebrows done there and they did an amazing job, I've always used Ulta brow bars but never again. I also used them to have my makeup professionally done for my DA photo and it came out soooo good. There prices are great and I love their customer service. Great place!!

After trying about 5 different places, I found the one. Rosemary is AWESOME. She knows how to work with my long, thick hair. I am so grateful to have found her. She works wonders!

Had an appointment scheduled for weeks and a hour before my appointment I got called and told it was cancelled. If you are looking for a professional place this is not the place.

Great service and staff. I always have a hard time finding a good stylist but I believe I found exactly what I was looking for. Two thumbs up to Omar! Overall excellent establishment.

This place is BEYOND amazing. Brenda cut and highlighted my hair. I have never dyed my hair at all and she was so patient , explained every step to me and was very knowledgeable. Gabby and Omar were also there and they were so sweet and also knowledgeable. If you need a color or cut go to this place, you won't be disappointed. Thank you BRENDA YOU'RE THE BEST

Started going to this Salon for over a year as moved here from Houston. Was recommend by a close friend and Jose the owner was the stylist whom I made my appointment with. I told him how I liked my color and style and in the beginning he did an amazing job. As time goes by I noticed he colored my hair the way he felt like it and cut my hair depending on his mood of the day. I've always scheduled my appointments ahead of time and never missed them. When he needed to cancel my appointments to work around his schedule he never could accommodate my needs . I should have known something was going on when my friend whom referred him to me stopped going to the Salon. I had an appointment with him on a Saturday I showed up for my appointment and was told he tried to call me to reschedule, come to find out he was calling the wrong number ( was a client for over a year and didn't have the correct number) I was upset but the other stylist said I can do your color and then you can reschedule the cut with him. I was hesitant at first but needed my hair colored in a bad way, well I should have known better as soon as she had an issue with reaching the top of my hair, well the nightmare was when she rinsed my hair and was trying to use different shampoos to hide the fact she had no idea what she was doing! Clearly she needs more training..... I said how can I fix this ? I was terrible upset and told her to ask Jose to call me as soon as possible to schedule an appointment to fix my blue / orange hair. This was on a Saturday and the Salon was closed on Monday so I called on Tuesday and Jose said he had no time to fix my hair and could refund my money . This Salon only has 3 stylists including the owner Jose. The owner is a horrible stylist and doesn't have the decency to take pride in his work or business. Would not recommend this Salon...... only gave 1 star because there was no option for a thumbs down! I was made to feel I was in the wrong because the Stylist had no idea what she was doing. Very unprofessional staff ! Oh and Jose called me saying he refunded my money and canceled all my existing appointments and no longer wanted to do business with me , did he think for one moment I was ever going back ! Think twice before going to that low class Salon .

Scheduling/stylists are unreliable. Owner needs to listen to customer's concerns rather than immediately being defensive.
