D-BAT West El Paso

This is a great facility for everyone that loves baseball. I'm surprised that I am the first to review the facility. It's been open for a couple of years now. They have personalized training from people that have played in college or the majors, both baseball and softball. Plus Bill and Andy are great in the front and take care of all their customers.

In the beginning my daughter had a wonderful experience. However her experience today was disappointing. It was a busy day and my daughter and my husband went in and waited close to 40 minutes to get their turn. They sat patiently on the bleachers with their gear. Same players were going back and forth to each cage. A couple of families came in after my daughter and they were helped right away and got them started batting. Not once did they offer to help my daughter. My husband got fed up and asked one of the parents if they were done. He didn't hear him so my husband had to raise his voice to get his attention. Apparently this person did not like that and got on my husband's face and told him there is no need to be rude. Two other male parents joined in against my husband and got one of the workers involved. At this point my husband was furious explaining the situation not only to the worker but everyone else who was there. He will certainly put in a word with Andy the manager who apparently was not there. Sadly they have lost buisness with us because of this.
