Child and Youth Services in Fort Bliss, better known as Parent Central, is the place to register kids for any child care programs in Fort Bliss; infant daycare, before and after school care, summer camps, sports, Saturday programs, etc. They are strict because they have to follow regulations but are always attentive and straightforward.
