The best dry cleaners in EP. I gladly drive across town for their service. Pricing is very reasonable. They clean on-site, which definitely makes a difference compared to chain competitors. Very friendly staff and great customer service.

Called asked for next day service was told yes they sure can. Took my dress that I bought brand new to just get steamed to get all the wrinkles out. I needed it for this weekend never been worn brand new. Saw told for dresses it's extra. That was fine. I paid $25 and some change for a dress and 3 button ups. Got it back the next day like they said but they ruined my dress. Whatever they used to steam press the wrinkles out scratches or cut the material. The girl said well did you have something on it. I'm like no it's new never been wore n I took the tags off and brought it to you guys to get the wrinkles out. Tried to say oh well maybe it was the tag. Uh no because no company ever places a tag in the middle of a dress. I said whatever you used had to have done this. Didn't say sorry or anything about what they could do to help just well her you go pay your bill and leave. Asked for any discounts nope nothing. Will never bring anything here again. And definitely do not recommend.

We are visiting El Paso and dropped off my husbands shirts. What stood out to me was that they serve fresh coffee to their customers. I remember the days when businesses would do that and Im glad that there are those who still go the extra mile for their customers:)!!!Friendly counter person who was polite and welcoming

Needed dress cleaned/altered by weekend; got it done in an hour (AS I WAITED!). Where other cleaners send my clothes I don't know and won't ever cause Custom Cleaners has won my business forever! They also saved Christmas when airlines lost in-laws luggage. Custom Cleaners altered, dry-cleaned and laundered (perfectly starched shirts) a week's worth of clothes in 2 days! Even delivered to my home the first batch of clothes same day so my in-laws... well you get the idea. Frantic turned fantastic! Needless to say, beautiful and professional work every time.

Sent in 3 pants and 5 shirts. One shirt had the collar pressed incorrectly and another shirt that was worn once had a missing button after being serviced here. The pants were fine but I won't be coming back.

Dropped off a work uniform with the crease already behind the patch ... I waited 2 days to receive it with the crease down the middle of the patch... then I waited another 2 days to receive multiple creases that look terrible.... Do not bring your uniforms here. Customer service was nice the first time then rude the second time.

first came here after " the cleaners" ruined my wife's pleated skirt; CUSTOM CLEANERS not only fixed it but cleaned it as a courtesy! Since then we have brought our comforters, work attire and even some laundry to be washed and folded when were feeling lazy. Owner and his staff are always more than courteous and go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with their services. PS. They also deliver!
