This is where the best begin! Under the careful tutelage of Master Chefs Jackie & Sean Nugent, the culinary program is thriving and providing a tasteful world full of curious, inquisitive, and deliberate junior and senior students eager to prove themselves in the highly competitive food preparation & presentation universe. They have already given us culinary gold-medeal winner Marc Spelman (currently lead chef at the world headquaters Helen of Troy here in El Paso) and team. What a pleasure it is to promote & support this extremely effective program for all us foodies! At $15 pp, the specified Thursday luncheons are a bargain. It is always multi-course, and, did I mention, extremely delicious as well as filling? However, you must call in to reserve seating--eating the actual meal is actually the tip of the iceberg (Eyberg?!) because a huge amount of prep goes into it, expecially buying the correct amount of fresh products, and the key is to try to balance the expenses with the output. But I've been fortunate so far--reserving well ahead is muy importante! The next luncheon is tentatively set for 28MAR2013, (11:30), menu not yet confirmed.
