Save yourself a headache and some money, and call Cruz's Heating & Cooling first.I decided to replace my 15 yr old, 5 ton packaged unit when I was having my roof re-coated. It still worked, but it wasn't very effective (10 SEER) and I had several concerns with the electrical, ducts, and gas line that I wanted addressed. I received quotes from the big advertisers around town (you know who they are) and its easy to see where all those advertising dollars come from. They showed up, didn't look at anything (never even got on the roof), and provided a quote on the spot (a high quote).Cruz's Heating & Cooling (Joe) showed up the same day I called for an estimate and brought his lead technician to carefully inspect all of my concerns. I explained what I wanted, (brand, 2 stage heat/cool, SEER rating, etc...) he promised to get me the best price he could and called me the next day with the price, a fair price, and he offered the same finance options as the competition.Once I gave the green light, Joe worked with my roofer to coordinate the install and had the unit installed within a couple of days.My new American Standard A/C was reasonably priced, quiet, efficient, and most importantly was properly installed.

Awesome all around!!! I yelled from my backyard to the workers who were working on my neighbors cooling and asked if they ld help me and they did! After they finished working, Luis stopped by my house and left a door hanger with company info. I called and left a message and Mr. Joe called me back. The call was so pleasant and so helpful since I did not know what to do with this being my first home. During this busy time, Mr. Joe had someone come out in 2 days. The workers were so kind and helpful in explaining everything to me and even gave me contact info for other work I needed done. I am so thankful for Cruz's Heating & Cooling! No headaches! Great service!!! They are the best!

Jose moreno gave me the best deal for our project.the crew of jose were very punctual and they worked till project was done finish.i recommed for any house project.

As always happens, our AC went out after hours Tuesday evening. Called several HVAC companies to leave messages for callback in morning but lucked out when Joe Cruz answered his phone. Said he would send out his crew next morning and next morning, they were there!Had to order parts (we knew that was necessary since we could smell burning motor) but he was back as soon as they came in. Great crew. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Cruz's Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs. Needed a HVAC system installed on my property and after many failed attempts by another local company to get my unit installed Joe (Owner) came out and got the job done with his professional technicians. Very happy with the installation and will be using them again!!!
