At first this place was really cool, but now 3 months into it being open everything is broken. The sauna in the women's restroom has been broken for 3 1/2 weeks, the sink in the restroom is also always broken, sometimes the water in the water fountain comes out green, the restrooms and fitness areas are dirty, and I've seen roaches and moths multiple times in the turf area. 2 weeks into being open half of the machines sounded like they had been used over a billion times and had sounded like they were about to fall apart. Idk how to feel about this place now. Maybe it's in the area that it's in but they could do better for the prices of the membership.

Customer service plays a big part of what I think about a place and whether or not I will go back to it again. As far as the staff ( meaning the teachers, bosses, and people behind the desk, and trainers) they are all great. I had a great trainer by the name of Daniel, Great teacher's in the classes I was taking, expecially Gwen, she was great and made exercising fun! But on Tuesday, I went to the gym and had a problem. My insurance wasn't going through for some reason and I had to get to the bottom of it. I knew it would get fixed, if given time, but just to be on the safe side I needed to talk to the main manager of the trainers. She needs to learn about customer service and how to act. She came near me as I was going to talk to her about my problem and to figure out ANY kind of solution, but instead she ran past me with her hand in the air. She assumed that I heard her, when in fact I hadn't. I am up in age and my hearing is starting to go, so I would have appreciated if she would have stopped, said to me I will get back to you in 5 minutes and then continued on her way, but that is not what happened. So I went to the desk where another manager was at and let my message of what was going on and see how it can be fixed. My husband who was with me had mentioned how it was rude for her to just run by us and not acknowledge us. So a few minutes later I recieved a call and it was from the female manager from earlier. She started to yell at me saying she didn't appreciate me waying she was being rude to the other manager. That she had told us she would be right back. I told her that I did not hear her as she walked by me and that it wasn't me who had said that about her, that it was my husband. I did not appreciate being yelled at for something I did not do. Needless to say, she did not want to work something out with me about the situation and didn't even give me a chance to come up with ideas. She even said to me " Can't you afford $10 to be a member?" What business is it of hers of whether I can or can't. Later I settled the problem with my insurance as I knew I would, and got the code I needed, but by that time I was burnt to bad for me to go back to that gym. Again customer service goes a long way if done correctly. If you do join this club, just be weary of the main female manager of the trainers. She has a temperament. I have worked in customer service all of my life and this definitely was the worst I have eaver seen. If it wasn't for the great trainers and teachers, I would have given them a 1 star.

I love this gym. But I do go early morning before they get crowded. My friend and I show up at 3 am weekdays and 6 am weekends.Usually very clean and well kept up around the machines. If the bathrooms get too dirty I do let management know. But I do love this place.

I do not recommend getting a membership for this gym. Unless you want to get scammed. Avoid the short girl with the super short hair at the desk. I will not provide her name because its obvious who she is by the description and she might retaliate given how agressive she got when we spoke with her. I'm sure we are not the only people she has scammed so her name is probably out there anyways. She will sign you up or upgrade your membership without your consent. She will sign documents with your "initials"without your consent. This is very concerning given that they can acess all your information when they go into your account. They are dealing with very sensitive information and this matter should not be taken lightly. DO NOT let this worker assist you. Infact, be very careful when you talk to any of the front desk workers and make sure you know what their names are. We already let one of the managers know what was going on. If this issue is not resolved we will later seek futher action. Workers should not be allowed to sign documents on your behalf. It should be obvious that it is extremely illegal for a worker to sign on behalf of a client. We even saw the signatures that were "provided" on the computer and they were completely different. Avoid this place and get a gym membership somewhere else. I would give crunch zero stars if I could.

Good gym does the job in terms of workout but bathrooms are an issue. I was sitting on the toilet for 30 minutes waiting for an employee come assist me with toilet paper and no one ever showed up. The front desk said they'd send up assistance, but never happened. I had to call a family member to come to the gym to notify the front desk. They handed my brother a roll of paper towels.
