Crumbl - Eastlake

Hmmmmm, yes I love cookies....but...hmmmm. This review comes as since I have only ever been to one other Crumbl prior I thought the customer service was better. Came in and since I was ordering for someone other than myself I had questions. Instead of the employees coming to greet me, they told me I can use the touchpad to order. So yes the cookies aroma fretted me well before the employees! Once I notified them I needed help, a guy came and helped but it wasn't the best start for me. They had a few different offerings and you could choose the standard size or the minis. I ordered a cookie for my friend that needed something with less sugar than the rest. I also ending up getting myself a chocolate chip cookie. My friend stated their cookie was amazing but huge. (Can't complain on the size). I would agree it was delicious. Then let's go to the pick up process. I didn't realize how that took place as well. I seen people coming and going with their cookies so I walked in and asked.....and one lady laughed and stated your cookies have been sitting over there for you. When you see someone that is not familiar with your establishment, assist them rather than laughing. Doesn't make for a pleasant experience. All in all the cookies were great. I would just ask for better manners from the employees to the customers.

Great customer service. Friendly and enthusiastic workers. Great cookies, The lemon crinkle, the key lime pie cookie, and the strawberry pretzel pie cookies are my favorite

Crumbl cookies are the bomb! They are expensive but we'll worth it. I love that they rotate and that one is more than enough to satisfy.

Closing 20 minutes before you're supposed to is kind of ridiculous. If you can't handle being open until 9pm then change your hours. I literally just watched about 4 cars pull up and you guys denied all of us. Typical El Paso business?? Seems like it

Cookies are soft and warm. Flavors change weekly and wow they are a pretty big size, like you can share them with your significant other. Five stars are usually reserved for good food and great prices, I think this fits the bill. The best cookies are chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, blueberry, and the pink frosting cookie. Enjoy. Order the 4 or 6 pack.
