Moved here from Hawaii with my Pedego and immediately discovered Toritos tube killers. Took my wheels to Crazy Cat and they set about to give me ultimate protection against these horrid little monsters. You walk in and feel the positive vibes straight away. I'm back on the road and enjoying the desert trails. Thank you Crazy Cats!

It's currently Quarantine 2020 so I called ahead to check hours and stop by the store. Guy on the phone asked me to wear a mask if I wanted to come inside store, which was a reasonable request. I needed a new nut and piece that cannot be named for my kids balance bike so he could start riding again especially since these kids need all the exercise they can get with all of parks, trails and trails around the parks closed. I showed up to the store and saw a chain across the entrance with a sign saying "Only 10 people allowed in store at a time and just wear mask to enter". They welcomed into the store and I talked with an awesomely helpful guy, Miguel was probably not his name. Anyhow, he took a look at the nut and held it up to their bolt board (it didn't fit any) and pointed out that they wouldn't have any in stock. I asked him if he could find the piece that cannot be name. He searched high and low and through the miscellaneous hardware bins and he FOUND ONE!! I asked him how much I owed him and he said "don't worry about it, just get your kid back out and riding". Well... they earned a loyal customer that day and I will continue to bring my business to them and highly recommend them as well. Thanks Crazy Cat!

I believe in buying local for the most part of my purchases and was pleasantly surprised that this place had my coveted spinning shoes! Everyone told me to buy them on Amazon but I wanted to try them out first and of course see if I could find them locally...this place was awesome...Duncan helped me immediately and was extremely knowledgeable about the spinning shoes, fit and size! The entire purchase took less than 15 minutes and he even installed the SPD brackets onto my shoes! Super delighted and highly recommend this place for all of your cycling and biking needs! Next time I will look at purchasing a bike! Thank you Duncan!

Love this place! Great service and very knowledgeable staff. My husband was able to order the perfect bike and they had a variety of accessories as various price points. We will definitely return for all of our cycling needs!

These guys did a great job on my Surly crosscheck. A tuneup, brake pad replacement, and redoing the handlebar wrap that was not installed correctly at another bike shop. Friendly service, really clean shop. Close to UTEP/Kern on the northeast corner of Stanton & Baltimore (across Stanton from Walgreens.) Recommended!

As soon as I arrived, there was a man at the door greeting me offering me help to get my bike down from my vehicle. Staff was so helpful, they took the time to answer all my questions and even went as far as to show me all the ins and out of patching a tire and gave me recommendations for maintenance. All service was done in front of me, no sketchy business behind the scenes. Items are reasonably priced. Bought some tire sealant and prices were same as Amazon. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased a bike from this store recently. The bike is great but the store service was really bad. The first time I went to the shop to look around an older man helped me. He spent a lot of time educating me. He was great. Unfortunately I did not get his name. When I went back the second time, he was not there. Duncan assisted me but he had very poor customer service skills. I did decide to buy a bike and paid half in a deposit. The bike had to be ordered and I was charged a $50 shipping fee. I was also told I could ride the bike when it arrived to make sure I liked it and that it would be fitted to me. Later, before the bike arrived, I read on the website that there was no charge for bikes locked up in the store. When I went to pick up the bike I pointed out the store policy of no charge for bikes picked up at the store. They knew nothing about that policy and I had to find it for them on their own web site. I was ready to request a refund of my deposit when they finally agreed to drop the delivery charge. I asked to be fitted for the bike after I test drove it in the parking lot. I explained that my legs were too long for the pedals. The guy who had already given me grief about the delivery charge said he could lower the seat if I wanted??? I again explained that my legs were too long and didn't that mean the seat should be raised? He said, whatever I want and raised the seat one inch without having me ride it and him watching me to see what it needed. This is not sizing and this is not customer service. I was not given the owners manual that should have come with the bike. I had intended to buy a computer and water bottled holders and get them installed there but now I will be going somewhere else for those purchases. I like the bike...hate the customer service I received on my second to visits. BTW, my family purchased three road bikes from them about 10 years ago (and I had told them that), yet no discount was offered to me when I was buying a fourth bike from them.

Great mechanics, and personalized service. Saved my trip when the bike I brought for a tour was damaged in transit.

This place is the best! Their customer service is always on point too. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I've had two bikes tuned up and bought my e-bike from here (which I LOVE). A few weeks ago I brought my husbands bike that had a flat in at closing, expecting to have them fix it another day, only to have them fix it on the spot. I fully trust them with my bikes and wouldnt take them to any other shop in El Paso!!
