Crab Jack Cajun Seafood

Yes, there is great seafood in Pecos! After reading favorable yelp reviews we decided to give it a try on a recent trip while passing through Pecos... very glad we did! The combination calamari, shrimp, clams included corn and sausage. You can get it seasoned from mild to hot. Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned perfectly. I'll be back when my travels take me through here again.

The hotel is a bit of a cover for this place, but the food is well worth it! I took my dad to eat there for Father's day and he LOVED it!! Will definitely be eating from there often!

Found Crab Jacks on Yelp but unfortunately it was closed. Not sure if this is temporary or a permanent closure.

Never judge a book by its cover, the hotel doesn't look the best from the outside but doesn't mean they don't have good broil. I'm a huge seafood person and this was one of the top places I've been to for broil.

We couldn't find it. Is it still in business? We drove around the area looking for it, but no luck.

This place does not look appealing from the outside. It is situated inside the quality inn hotel. The Hotel itself could use a facelift on the outside but the inside looks like it's been Newley renovated. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. The waitress was very friendly also. I was kind of weary about having seafood out in West Texas but everything was phenomenal with the only exception being that the crawfish needed to broil a little longer to be able to soak up some of the flavor. However, the shrimp and lobster tail made up for it. I would go as far to say, it was some of the best Cajun shrimp that I've had.

Update: They never returned my phone calls. After 4 trips up there and 5 days later I finally caught Sonja Lopez and she called the Owner Joe Lui. Per Joe Lui the owner they do not refund money on food. Do not pay for your order if it's not right.Per Sonja Lopez the 1 side serving consists of two pieces of corn on the cob approximately 1 inch thick. Two slices of potatoes approximately 1/8th inch thick and 3 slices of sausage approximately 1/8th inch thick. Absolutely unbelievable! What kind of servings is that? They charged $92.00 dollars for a 40 dollar meal.This place is an absolute rip off! We ordered 1 pound of shrimp and 1 lobster tail with the sides the ordered 1 pound of crawfish with a lobster tail and sides. 1 Dr. Pepper and 1 bottle of Corona. Food came out on 1 platter. 4 pieces of corn, 8 slices of potatoes and 6 slices of sausage were the only sides on the platter....basically one order of sides. We only got 1/2 a pound of shrimp and a 1/2 a pound of crawfish and then the 2 lobster tails. $92.00! $92.00!The hostess/waitress only spoke Spanish so had no idea what the problem was. Sabrina Lopez I'm told is the manager and she was not there. Called numerous times today no one answered the phone. Left messages and no one has returned them. Absolute rip off and very shady business ethics.
