I called on this florist after doing a quick search on google. The negative posting wasn't there when I called on 7/09. After talking with the florist for nearly 30 minutes, she convinced me she's the best; I placed an order of $100 for an arrangement to include roses, orchards, and bird of paradise. I asked for a photo and call before it was sent. I did not receive either. Of course, when my family received the bouquet, they sent me a photo. It looks cheap and tacky. I know I have extreamly high expectations, and I am very picky, but my main concern was that I'm dealing with Las Cruces New Mexico, not a large city. Never again will I place an order through a company directly like that. Teleflora will reimburse you or replace it if you don't like it.My suggestion: use a large company where they have photos so they can at least come close to an arrangement that you choose. The florist's style and choice for the arrangement I paid for was hideous.
