I visited Cowtown boots on a Saturday evening with my husband. There were two young women working. They were very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for--and it was even on sale!I had heard that Cowtown Boots wasn't exactly up to par, but I have to disagree. They had a lot of good quality products--even their cards were cute!

There's about 2 places in Cruces to get boots and after going to boot barn and not having a great experience I decided to head here! I didn't expect much from this little shack looking shop but goodness! This place is amazing! I forgot the woman's name who else's me but she was awesome. I needed boots for my boyfriend and was clueless and she helped me find the right pair. Unfortunately, the perfect pair wasn't the perfect size... So they ordered the right size for me. I would chose cowtown over boot barn anyday!

They have a great selection of women's clothes. I love the old school jeans that are coming back in style and Cowtown has all of them. They also have super cool shirts and jackets.

When you purchase 'anything' from Cowtown Boot Co. expect to be hooked because there are no refunds, or exchange there is only store credit so you are hooked into purchasing there product. This is very unusual in the 21st century because most stores accept your returns with out question and return your money. I will not be returning to this store for that reason only. I'm a huge Fan of Cowtown Boots - Every time I travel through the area I make my husband stop to see the boot selection and normally come home with a pair each time. The selection is amazing, the customer service is impeccable and the prices are unbeatable. I love having boots that don't cost me an arm and a leg but that will hold up with what I put them through.
