Covenant Clinics

So I've had to come back to this clinic because this was the only urgent care in Las Cruces that my insurance would cover. I have to say, in the year or so that I have gone without visiting, things have changed and I would have to retract my previous comment. I have come to this clinic about 3-4 times in the past 6 months and the wait times are what you would see in a typical doctors office. I've been seen by the doctor himself who is very personable, told me that his goal is to not have this clinic like an ER where patients are waiting for hours before being seen.

My daughter wasn't feeling well so came over here. the care they gave us was really fast and was really unprofessional and rude was trying to ask questions and they was very half fast.

Would not recommend this place. Left here yesterday without being diagnosed. Doctor barely looked in my ear and told me everything is fine. I went to a different urgent care today and was diagnosed with sinusitis and my ear was red.

Um they told me to come in early and now it's past my appointment time so I've been sitting here for exactly 38 minuets. What a joke.

I was greeted by William who saw I was in pain so got me a wheelchair so I would not have to get up and down before being seen. I had severe back pain for the first time in my life. I was seen by PA Barney who was kind and took her time explaining everything she was doing and why, then later out a treatment plan for me to feel better as quick as possible. My only recommendation is for them to get name tags with their title on them. The person who come in and took my temperature and blood pressure never identified herself so no clue who she is or what her job title is ‍ she was not so friendly but at least my time with her was short. William also did my follow up call and was just as lovely as when he greeted me. Thank you PA Barney and William for making my trip to Urgent Care as pleasant as it could be

First of all , the waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to even get brought into the office . The tracker kept saying that I wnext and I wasnt . They kept extending the time to be seen . It does no good to make an appointment . then some girl came min and never introduced herself but started taking vitals , etc . Very unprofessional .

We have been coming here for years. They are always quick and have great customer service. They treat you with respect and kindness.

I went to Covenant Clinic in Las Cruces this morning because I tested positive for the COVID virus. All my paperwork was filled out quickly and I was seen withing minutes. The doctor explained the current status of COVID and gave me a prescription for Paxlovid. The doctor also answered all my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of care I received at the clinic and would recommend the clinic to anyone seeking medical care.

This is a good doctors office. Great service and kind nurses! I care about this place so much! Ever since I came here one of the nurses recommend a humidifier for bronchitis!

At a minimum, their employees need training in providing customer service. When I came out from the exam room to inquire as to how much longer we would be waiting, the receptionist ignored the question and proceeded to direct me back to the room. When I said, "excuse me, I asked you a question," she became angry and, in for too many words, told me that they were busy, and she didn't know. After 3.5 hours invested, and some unwarranted attitude, I decided to cut my losses.
