Country Club Self Storage

This place was great for storing my RV for a long time. The price was affordable at the time and the location was convenient. Even though the rates increased twice in less than 6 months...the 2nd time was without a notice, I continued to do business there. I went in almost two weeks ago to start up my RV and to my shock, I found my RV was a victim to theft of its catalytic converter. I contacted the on property staff right away and was left waiting for 40 minutes with no one coming out to file an incident report or to show any concern, until I called them again to let them know I called the police. Naturally I moved my RV out of their storage facility that same day, as this repair would cost me a couple of thousand dollars. I requested a prorated refund of my storage fees a few times. I had just paid the full amount the week before, no one ever bothered to call me back. I called again and had to leave another message for the manager. I got a call back with the news that I would not be given any type of refund due to me not giving a 10 day move out notice. Just letting people know to be aware of your property if you are currently storing your RV at this storage facility. They ultimately don't give a crap for your damages and property loss.

Great Service - the unit I rented was clean, easily accessible, and safe. The office staff was friendly and professional. Have recommended to friends in the area and will use again if the need arises.
