Corralito Steakhouse

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with some tasty menu options. It's a little pricey. Although I didn't like how chewy the beef was, the service and appetizers were excellent.

I've never been to a Mexican steak house before and man I was not disappointed. My date took me and it was so delicious. We got the carne asada tampiqueña for two. It came with refried beans, green chile, skirt steak, enchiladas and guacamole. When you put all those components into one bite, it's like fireworks going off in your mouth. That has got to be one of the most delicious bites I've had in El Paso. The steak is cooked perfectly and extremely tender. The guacamole is so fresh. The mole sauce over the enchiladas is so earthy and balanced so well with the rest of the food.The restaurant is very elegant and sheek perfect for special occasions and date nights. The workers were all wearing masks and in compliance with covid-19 regulations. Parking is kind of hard due to limited parking spaces and being on such a busy road. They do have valet though if you want to do that. Come to Corralito and take a taste of that amazing bite I was talking about and experience the magic for yourself!

Food is always so so good. Best arracherra steak in town! I really love their salsas as well as their queso fundido. Haven't tried their suffed pepper yet but I need to.

Beautiful facility but the food was not up to par. I was with a party of eight and not one person was satisfied with their meal. One diner had a filet mignon that was served with the exterior grilled but the interior still cold and bloody. It was sent back and returned overcooked and inedible. A few diners had various soups that they described as tasting like water and flour. I had a burger that was cooked properly but the bun outside was wet with butter/oil and had to be wiped clean before it could be held to eat. The onion and lettuce were limp and seemed to have been frozen. The tea was so weak it literally had no taste whatsoever. Nobody in our party was satisfied with the quality of the food! I had a hamburger with lemonade and my wife had a bowl of soup with tea at a cost of $46!! The service was adequate but the food was a total mess.

Horrible Management. We were giving a wait time by the host and we asked to wait in the bar. Plenty of seats so we sat in the bar.The bartender refused to look at as refused to even acknowledge us and when we asked the manager if we could be served he said that he chooses who willl be served and refused us service since we didn't wait for a dinner time. Phil had little man syndrome.

Amazing service Brianna was awesome very attentive and friendly. We went to the east side location.

serving size was too small. The big potato in the steak tacos was dry and cold butter melted, and the fries on the burger cold and dry baked potato was dry.The manager in the manager didn't do anything about it. I do not recommend this restaurant at least not this one on Doniphan Street.

Food is always great as well as service! Andres provided great service, he went above and beyond!

Meet some friends at the Doniphan location. The 1 friend likes the back bar which we were told opened at 5:00. So we had a drink in the front bar and and at 4:55 we walked to the back bar. The hostess (around 20 years old) came in at 4:57 and pointed at us and yelled; I told you it does not open till 5:00. My friend said it was 3 minutes till 5:00 and no hurry for them to serve us. She said get up now and go wait in the front. she want to make a point that she was in charge.The 5 of us left and will never go back. 1 friend knows owner from playing polo, I know the father from the Juarez location when first opened. To many good restaurants to be treated that way.
