Coronado Springs Apartment Complex

This is a fup review on my previous review. It appears on the "not recommended list" because i seldom if ever, use Yelp.My family and I have since moved out of this apartment complex. We always paid rent on time and we left the place in absolutely great shape.This guy freddy, the property manager, took half of our Deposit money "for repairs". I am telling you, we left that apartment better than how we received it.Additionally, like we have done with every move (5 moves in 6 years) we have asked for a letter of reference from Coronado Springs. Freddy emailed a response first recommending us, we asked for a letter on letter head and a signature. After 2 months and 3 emails and 1 phone call he attached a pdf without letter head and without signature. To this day, 6 months later, no letter has arrived.Our current property managers, now in a house, promptly wrote us a letter. Same with our other rented places in Baltimore, MD, Stony Brook NY, Weston Fl and our current place in El Paso.Again, I do not recommend this place at all

Lived at Coronado for a year. Great apartment and very safe neighborhood. Awesome dog park and track onsite.Maintenance was responsive to any issues.

There was water leaking from apartment right above me, they finally sent a maintenance guy over yesterday morning he came with no tools punctured the ceiling drained the water and parts of the ceiling fell down in the tub he didn't bother to clean up the mess or cover the massive hole in the ceiling which is now growing mold very quickly I might add... I posted vids and pictures. He said he would return tomorrow to repair it, So basically me and my daughter have been exposed to mold the entire time we lived there, it's no ventilation vent in the bathroom because it's been covered over so this is the living conditions I got for paying almost 1400.00 a month?!?!?

These guys bribed us and new tenants by waiving all fees upfront for a good review. they will reject your calls and not repair what you are in need of. they only have one tech for three properties. they will not return your emails either. go anywhere by here

When starting the move-in process we were so pushed into signing that we immediately thought that the service would be great.We were promised a "finished and ready to move-in apt" WRONGWhen we moved in there were no light bulb covers, no doorknobs, the dishwasher did not work and NEVER got fixed. Maintenance requests took forever to get taken care of, if they ever did. Plus, maintenance super harrasing if they ever saw you alone outside.NEIGHBORS EXTREMELY LOUD!!!! For the last 6 months we weren't able to sleep from the partying and noisy neighbors, even after calling EPPD the noise maybe even went up. Management gave them no warnings nor made anything so that we were comfortable in our "home".Worst living situation ever, could not wait for the contract to expire fast enough to be able to get out of there.
