What breath of fresh air! I decided to try see what kind of response time and cost would be a involved for my laptop battery replacement. After dealing with another repair place and being incredibly disappointed and frustrated with them. I reached out to Computer Builders anonymous. They responded within minutes. They gave me a price which was incredibly reasonable. I dropped the laptop off and picked it same day. I am very happy to have found these guys! Thank you for your help with my laptop! I will definitely be back if the need arises.

These guys are amazing, seriously. I purchased a high end computer from them, I called a dozen different boutique builders. Digital Storm, Main Gear, Falcon Northwest, Xidax, etc. You name it, I called them. I received answers from, we will not build anything that custom, to quotes that started at $7500. I called computer builders anonymous and they immediately agreed to build it and they quoted me $2000 less than the next lowest quote. I'm having issues right now with my Samsung G9 monitor that I DID NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have spent literally two days at my house getting this system running. I am absolutely shocked at how far these guys are willing to bend over backwards for me. I can not recommend anyone more highly, not just for price, but for better than the best service I would have expected. I would gladly choose Computer Builders Anonymous over Xidax even at the same price.

I'm glad I found this place, I dropped my laptop off here for a screen repair and it only took them less than a week to order the parts and complete the repair unlike the 2 months that BestBuy told me that it would've taken. I highly recommend this place for all computer repairs.

My boyfriend owns his own business and has been working with a laptop that is over 7 yrs old. I have been trying to do his receipts and tax prep through excel at first,, then quickbooks off my phone, which was very tedious. We decided it was time to get him a new computer because his laptop took forever to even turn on, not to mention actually doing any work on it, so frustrating. They cracked my screen! I dropped my laptop off for a hinge problem which I was hoping would be no more than $100. I had no issues with my laptop screen thankfully, it was in perfect condition. However, they had told me I would need to replace the entire screen which he mentioned would come out to a total of $340. That alone was incredibly disappointing since I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money on a repair I thought was so minor. We agreed that I would just pick up my laptop instead and I would figure it out myself. Well, I go to pick up my laptop already bummed my laptop was not getting fixed and when I meet Mr. Andrew at the counter and he presents my laptop to me with a crack on the screen he made while putting my laptop back together. He said he was sorry and offered me $20 off the service. I left with my laptop more broken than fixed unfortunately.

Love em, gotta say I'm very happy with what I bought for the price I got it too. As a college student I needed these guys and they took care of me.

We decided to buy our kids personal devices for the new upcoming year. I was referred to Computer Builders Anonymous by a great friend, so I figured I'd give them a try and keep more money in small businesses. They were excellent! I worked primarily with a guy named Andrew. He worked patiently with me, made sure I understood the tech, asked a bunch of questions about what was needed in the computer, and has made himself available to answer any questions and help in anyway after the fact. He had the machine rebuilt, and shipped to me in just over a week.
