Unreliable! I had requested tree maintenance. I made an appointment via their website and they didn't show up. What a slap on the face.

We have used Complete Lawn Care twice this season, we are very happy with them. Very professional, they arrive on time, do the work in a reasonable amount of time and leave my yard looking great. I highly recommend this, locally owned, company for all your landscaping needs.

Unreliable to say the least. Lawn service workers showed up on days that were not scheduled and did not show up on days that were scheduled. I am one to support local businesses but not when they take advantage of the customer. Initially I spoke to Raul Saenz who seemed personable but is a "GHOST" when issues arise. If you need lawn service and maintenance look somewhere else. There are some reliable local businesses in El Paso and this is not one, typical "CROOKS". I give Complete Lawncare & Tree Service in El Paso a rating of negative 5 stars.

Someone in my family had tried to repair our sprinkler leak without success. Complete Lawncare to the rescue! Ruben did an outstanding job on our sprinkler repair. He called to let us know he was enroute. He was punctual, the repair was quick and the area was left clean and the work was very reasonably priced. He promised it would look better than what was there previously and he was right. He also took time to explain why our attempted repair failed. Best of all, he guaranteed his work. Our family is extremely happy to have found Ruben and Complete Lawncare.

Reuben and his team did a complete revision of my sprinkler system in front and in back of the house. They moved lines and changed out sprinkler heads. They checked to make sure that I was getting full coverage after they were done in the spots that were previously dry. Reuben even took the time to teach me all the features of my rainbird auto system and answer all of my questions. He definitely upholds his warranty on the repairs and when a new leak appeared after the fact, he came over within an hour from when I contacted him. I met his father too, which is the nicest man. You are in good hands with this team.
