Long review below. I also tried posting a review on their website, but they reject bad reviews there and will not post them.5/7/18 I order Mother's Day flowers, for a total of $150.30. They were delivered and looked nothing like the arrangement I had chosen. The arrangement was not good, delivered with a broken stem and dead by the next day5/13/18 I emailed Como La Flor stating my disappointment and ask for a resolution5/17/18 I received a reply on from Bernadette Vasquez with an apology and asking if they could send another arrangement. I agree. This would have satisfied me... had it happened5/23/18 I hear nothing for a week; I send a follow-up5/24/18, Bernadette replies and says she ordered new tulips, but not the ones that I want. I ask about other solutions5/29/18 No response for 5 days. I send another follow-up5/31/18 Still no response. I send another follow-up, expressing my disappointment and stating that she has lost a customer. I finally get a response. She asks what can she do. At this point I'm annoyed with the level of response and I tell her as much and request a refund. She responds with "I'm sorry you feel that way" (not an apology, btw) and says "Since we did deliver some flowers, can we agree on a fair refund amount?". Because I'm a reasonable person, and am over the situation, I tell her 50%, even though I believe I deserve more. She agrees and says she will refund next day to my CC. I give her my last 4 of my CC. 6/8/18 It has now been 8 days. No refund. I email her and ask if she's processed the refund. She responds same day, that yes, she has. 6/12/18 4 days later, still no refund. I email her and let her know I haven't received the refund credit yet. She responds, same day, and says she'll look into it. 6/15/18 3 days later, she tells me there's an issue with the company she uses to issue refunds. (Why they didn't tell her there was an issue before I did, I don't know.) She asks if she can send me a check. Says she'll send it priority so that I can get it quickly. I respond, same day, with my address. 6/21/18 6 days later, no check. I email asking if she has a tracking #. I get no response.6/25/18 4 more days later, still no check. I email AGAIN, asking if she has a tracking #. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I get no response.6/27/18 I finally get a check in the mail. I check the tracking # online... it was mailed on 6/25 and NOT on 6/15, when she said she sent it. She's a liar. But I'm over it, so I post a review online stating how unhappy I am. She immediately responds to the review and sends me the following email: "Ms Victoria, I truly am sorry for your experience with us. As this was never our intention to keep you waiting for your refund. I felt this had been going on too long and felt it necessary to send it to you next day air no matter what the cost. If you'd like, I will send you the rest of your money to completely resolve this issue. We really did try and get you those dark purple tulips and they kept sending them different shades of purple but never DARK purple. Since we deal with fresh flower its soo hard to guarantee exact colors. Again, I truly apologize for your experience and hope that you can accept our apologies for not getting you your refund more quickly. Bernadette". I respond YES, I would like the remainder of my refund. 7/16/18 19 days later, no response and no check with the remaining refund. I send a follow-up asking if I should be expecting a check soon. She responds "Hi, Yes man, regular mail." 8/3/18 Another 19 days later, still no check. I send another follow-up. I get no response 8/7/18 Still no response 8/14/18 Still no response 8/31/18 Still no response. I file a complaint with the BBB.11/14/18 In case you were expecting something better, nope. Still no response. BBB case closed, with no response from the company there as well. Como La Flor still owes me $75. If you've read this far, congrats. You've now seen how I've spent the last 4 months getting more and more annoyed, when it could have all been avoided with just a decent level of response and honesty.And yes, I have copies of all the email correspondence.TL;DR Flowers were subpar. Customer Service was even worse.

I must say I am beyond impressed with the flower arrangement I ordered. I placed my order with Bernadette and I have to say she was extremely pleasant. I live in Dallas and wanted to surprise my mother with a beautiful flower arrangement. I placed my order to be delivered on Friday, however I called you guys on Thursday to see if it could be delivered on the same day and you went above and beyond to get it done. Not only did you make my day you also made my mother happy. My mother loved it!! I would highly recommend you. Last but not least my mother was not home at the time of the delivery and the delivery guy called me and he was willing to wait for my mom to get home.. Wow!!!! THAT'S WHAT I CALL AN OUTSTANDING FLORIST SHOP!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Will definitely be using your services in the future.

This is my second time ordering from Como La Flor and I absolutely love this florist. I'm from out of state, CA to be exact but have family in EP. The first time I ordered from them I was hesitant because again I'm from out of state and can only go off pictures. But my Grandma absolutely loved her arrangement. Today I placed my second order with them and my Aunt loved her bouquet. They have great customer service and excellent delivery services. I called and asked if my order could be delivered by a certain time and it arrived an hour before the original estimated time! So thankful for that and for this company. Again, highly recommend them.
