Making memories in Marfa thanks to the amazing staff at Communitie!Had the exact size we needed for my kiddo & she got to try it on.Big price but also big value & big customer service. Super pleased with our investment in our kiddo & this great store.

Another great shop in the heart of Marfa. They sell western shirts, boots, etc. perhaps they're best known for the hats they sell. They've got a great variety with lots of stylish options to choose from.

I had the wonderful opportunity to shop at this uniquely curated shop just a few days before Christmas. I came in just to get a few essentials while traveling, as from my online research, this is pretty well the only store in Marfa to get underwear lol, y ended up spending $600 doll hairs here, & NO REGRETS!!! Not only are they dog-friendly, but they are welcoming y encouraging of their patrons to bring in their furry family members! The owner, Kate, was extremely helpful, patient, & warm. The rest of the staff are also extremely helpful and kind, very customer service oriented.The store is not only hermosa, pero the expert-level selection is out of this world! They carry gorgeous clothing for both men y women, dog bandanas, jewelry, crystals, belts y other accessories. Feast your eyes on my bought prizes from here via my attached pics - a beautiful, cool gold necklace with a cowboy boot (Kate told me this necklace is v popular there & sells out a lot, so if you want one & there's one available in the store when you go, definitely treat yo self!), 5 pairs of underwear y 1 bra (legit the comfiest, best quality underwear in my arsenal now), a dog bandana for my Archie boi, y 5 crystals. Just to reiterate the unmatched level of customer service Kate ensures to provide for her customers - the chain on my new cowboy boot necklace actually broke just a few hours after i left the store. I returned to the store the following day, & Kate offered me both options of a full refund or a replacement necklace! Of course I opted for the replacement necklace; I'm obsessed with it, & so glad i could get it replaced so easily - TYSM, Kate!! Be sure to visit this amazing shop if you're traveling in/around Marfa - this boutique is my fav, & I can't wait to see what i find on my next visit!

This is a vibrant and unique shopping experience in Marfa news the El Paisano Hotel. It is upscale with numerous handmade, one of a kind pieces. I loved their Charlie Hat Co. selection and picked one up for myself. If you're looking for high quality, creative pieces, from accessories to clothing, this is the spot for you. While shopping, we chatted with the owner, who has a deep heart for the arts and for highlight up and coming artists and fashion designers. We will for sure be back when we are in West Texas!

I have visited this store yearly since 2018 and have never exited empty handed! Such a finely curated selection of clothing, hats, accessories and home goods! A very friendly staff. An absolute must experience when visiting Marfa!

Although we were not chased out of the store like another reviewer, I found the experience at this store obnoxious. That's too bad, too, because the products were high quality. There is a very good selection of Stetson hats, as well as some clothing, pottery, Pendleton wool blankets, jewelry, and rocks. It was not cheap, but that's okay.There was a hipster sucking a lollipop behind a counter. He never greeted us or made eye contact. We weren't shabbily dressed, not that that should matter. And, my husband was wearing a Stetson hat. Ironic to be roundly ignored in a store selling something one of us was wearing.This type of person/behavior is what Huff Post and others warn about happening to Marfa. It's a great town with interesting history and friendly locals (and many friendly transplants), but this guy was an embarrassment.

So, while walking around Marfa for the first time I wandered into this fine establishment with a friend. At first glance it looked like any other store; interesting clothes, some local artwork, rocks. As my friend and I began to look at the Stetson hats, an eccentrically flamboyant stranger sidled up next to us and proffered a slice from a gigantic loaf of focaccia. "Get a piece from the bottom, that's where the olive oil is." he suggested. Goodness, that bread was heavenly. This gentleman, Patrick, then began to compliment my friend, who had donned a snappy looking Stetson hat. We noticed the $180 price tag and immediately began hemming and hawing. At which point Patrick cloaked himself in a beautiful Native-American shawl, plucked the hat off of my friend, placed it atop his own head, leapt onto a couch, and snapped his fingers at an assistant. "Quick! A picture for our Instagram!" he cried. My friend and I were exquisitely bemused. We left with a $20 baseball hat but could not get this guy and his marvelous hat outta our minds so an hour later we returned so my friend could get that Stetson. Will definitely visit Patrick again next time I'm in Marfa.

I had the best experience here 2 years ago and was SO looking forward to shopping there again last week for spring break. 2 years ago our son adored an embroidered shirt of cowboys that is just precious and beautiful. He still has it and wears it proudly! We made a few bigger ticket purchases back then and the sales associates went above and beyond to help and let him try on and explore. This time around my experience was the complete opposite. We got the rudest looks from the 2 female sales associates. They never spoke a word to us, just glared in annoyance at us. I did buy a bolo tie but never got a thank you or a "how are you?" Or "can I help you find anything or try anything on?" It was above and beyond cold, rude behavior and I will gladly support other stores there in the future. Such a bummer.

My husband and I enjoyed shopping at Communitie in Marfa! Two wonderful women assisted us along with Arrow the shop dog! Lovely selection of clothing and hats as well as interesting stones. Highly recommend stopping in!Tim and Kathy

I spent over $1000 at this store and absolutely love everything I bought. When I got home I worried maybe I got caught up in the moment while at the store and would regret my purchases...nope, I loved everything I bought even more when I got home. And I got so many things I can mix and match. I do a lot of shopping and I've never found a better curated collection of clothing, accessories, belts, jewelry & other curiosities. The shop owner was friendly & helpful without being even the slightest bit pushy as was the shop keeper who helped me when I went back the next day. A+!
