Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling

Hired Comfort Zone to install new AC on my historic home. Living in a historic area can be an issue for some Companies since they don't want to deal with additional City requirements. So some companies agree to meet and don't show up. The Team arrived on time and install was done in one day just as Jesse Mendoza promised. They took care of obtaining City permits and when I asked if the unit could be installed on side of house they were able to figure out how to get it done. The Team is amazing shout out to Daniel and Edgar who did the install and came back the next day to finish the privacy screen the City required. If it was possible to give a higher rating I would. I highly recommend Comfort Zone!

The quality of work they offer do don't hire this company for anything you will regret it

Comfort Zone promotes one day install but did NOT finish my installation in one day. Before making this review I gave them several opportunities to make it right. They failed! I installed on Saturday today is Wednesday the job is still incomplete. The customer service is terrible. You would think they value a customer willing to spend on the over priced services. They promise so much and treat you so well to sign the deal then everything flips. Unfortunately I've already got financed and paid for the job because of warranty promises and one day install which made this offer very appealing. Stay away from Ricardo the salesman claimed he would have them complete the job and I could call him if we had issues. Once I found out the job couldnt be completed within the promise time I reached out to him. His response "Talk to the installer. I just sell". The same person that sold me on the one day install and told me he'd make sure everything got done. The main Office doesnt even know whats going. When I called to complain about the services and ask what there marketing signs posted all around the city say?( refering to the one day install) Their response was I'm not to sure what the signs say." To quote another customer in the reviews this company is all smoke and mirrors. Do your research get other estimates and make sure they are a good fit before committing. Lastly they agreed to be here on Wednesday 5pm to finish the job it is now 6:49 and no one has showed.

DO NOT hire comfort zone! Purchaed my AC unit in June 2020 and paid $9,000! First off I was robbed! it was overpriced! I've had problems every year for the last 4 yrs! The first issue was in 2022-the unit was 2 yrs old! They charged me $300 to come drain the drain pipe! $300! And was scolded by Heather that it was my fault for not changing the filters monthly. 2023-unit was 3 yrs old and I had to have it serviced again. Thankfully I hired another company and only paid $125. Then, this year! 4 yrs old! I had to add Freon-paid over $350. The new company I hired said I had a leak, as the unit was not installed properly. I then had my bathroom re-tiled. While the contractor was here, they smelled smoke and the electrical plug caught fire! I called comfort zone and asked for the owner. They said they weren't availabl, and when I explained my issues-it turned out I was speaking with Heather-the owner! She wouldn't take any accountability and said 'it passed inspection' (which another reviewer was told too). She then threaten to Valles the city because I didn't have a permit for the working being done. I was re-tiling my bathroom! No permit needed! Shady business! Deceptive trade practices! Stay away from them!

Requsted a service call on my HVAC unit Less than two year's old. They claim 24 hour service calls. I was told I'd have to wait until Tuesday for service called on Sunday. They promise you the stars to get your money then leave you to bake in the heat. Never again, find a different company. False promise!!!!

stay away from this company I have had problem after problem with there cheap units. they know what they are doing. do yourself a favor and shop around when getting a hvac unit. i just hired another company to come replace there 2 year old bs unit that they installe. and no one ever came to do a inspection after it was complet. get a ac from anywhere but here

this company installed my units about 4 years ago and every year I have issues with the units whether it be the ac or furnace. now they're charging me to come repair what they couldn't get right since the beginning. don't hire them!! they'll just rip you off!!

Terrible customer service along with poor installation. Every time it rains water pours from the outtake vent. Show up whenever they feel like it to "repair" shitty work. After three "repairs" I still get water pouring out of the vent. Today I called for the 5th time and was told " it passed inspection" so deal with it. After arguing with the receptionist they agreed to send a roofer out. If they determine it's not their fault (how could it not be?) I will be charged another 125.00. I payed 8,000.00 for a 915sq ft house. What a joke! Wish I could give zero stars.

Very bad customer service. Had Jesse Marquez come to our house to give us a estimate. First thing he says to use was that one of his ex-girlfriend used to live in our neighborhood. He then started to talk about how he would have sex with her. This was very unprofessional and a new level. He then started taking calls while he was telling us about the company and what plan we should get. He started arguing with someone on the phone saying " you owe me money". After Jesse took 3 calls, he then try's to get us to start the process of the instal. We told he we would give him a call back as we are still looking at company's. He then still try's to get us to sign papers. Worse customer service, this alone made our decision not to go with Comfort Zone. I'd rather pay more to get good service.
