Comanche Tortilla Factory

I try to pick up Comanche Tortilla Factory masa from Ft Stockton grocery stores every time I go home! Per JB Gallegos, the masa can be frozen. It makes great gorditas ... add some shortening, baking powder and salt, to taste! Keep them ready to go with ready made Gorditas. Great quick weeknight dinner with beans, chicken, pork, or beef, topped with a fresh salad.
