I went into the store to narrow down my choices for a vacuum by checking them out in person. I fully intended to learn what I could, then buy online, where I assumed it would be cheaper. They really know their stuff at Collins, and took the time to show me everything, and answer all my questions. I went home to shop online and realized that the price at Collins was cheaper! I will head back there tomorrow to buy a vacuum

I've been going there for years. Always great advice, prices, and friendly service. Sometime I feel guilty as I think I'm being undercharged. In fact, I recently brought them a machine that died and anywhere else it would have been cheaper to buy a new one. Called me that afternoon, looked and acted like new for 1/6th the cost of a new one. My highest recommendation.

I was very impress with the service. They explained the price difference between fixing plus tune up vs buying a new machine. I choose to replace the belt and filters and was so surprised that I got back a machine that looked brand new. Extremely friendly staff!!
