This place is kind of out dated. Not much of a gun collection or selection to choose from. The staff here is knowledgeable about what they are selling and it kind of a sight to see inside. Prices are a bit high but what do you expect in a ace like this. It's definitely worth stopping by and taking a look but if you want to buy a decent weapon, go to another place.

Everyone there was so very nice and accommodating to me. I know nothing about firearms but everyone took the time to answer my questions. I was transporting guns from here across state lines and they took care of everything for me. Certainly a go-to shop for next time. Highly recommend El Paso Gun Exchange.

Decent prices, good selection, friendly staff.I bought a Walther here last weekend. I was a little annoyed that they told me that I would be able to get my background in 15 minutes and it ended up being 3 days. That being said it was not their fault. For a store, their prices are marked up from the internet minimally. Online the gun ran about $50 cheaper, but I like the ability to see and handle the weapon before purchasing. They allow you to pull the trigger which big box stores do not afford you, and that is a big plus.

I've been buying from Paul and Eddie for over 10 years. My daughters and friends have purchased here as well. Excellent selection and knowledgeable people that will help you find what you need and want.

they have some cool guns in here. one of the staff members (didn't catch his name) is an ass. i'd love to just feed my fist to him like he hasn't ate in a month. he had smart remarks to any and every question or comment i had. wouldn't leave me alone when i said i wanted to just look around. must've been a car salesman before. probably got fired for being a dirtbag. hopefully gets fired from this job. terrible customer service and i would definitely recommend going to el paso gun exchange. much better environment there. will not shop here for guns ever again. wouldn't mind if this place goes bankrupt.

If you are looking for knowledgable employees and a great selection of firearms this is the place to go. They also sell Benchmade knives, Leupold Optics, and Blue Label guns.

It was my first time purchasing a suppressor and used this location for the kiosk and pick up. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They provided me with all the information i needed over the phone and on location. The process went smooth and fast. Looking forward to ordering parts for my ar pistol build and will definitely utilize this shop again. Thanks!

Shopped with Paul Lee for over 12 years, first gun bought was a Les Baer 45 1911 for 1750 if I recall...many many more since and am concerned for his welfare as his prices often too skinny...want to make sure he stays around...best gun dealer have had in Texas, been here since 1976...Almost a native

Getting better!One of the nicer laid out gun shops I've been to. Emphasis on fire arms with accessories to the side.Decent selection, slightly higher prices.Customer service varies. Some of them are real knowledgable some lack the right skills. One guy just seems too impatient and keeps taking the firearm off the case and putting it a way when you set it down. Almost like he thinks your trying to steal it! Others guys are real helpful and will leave several guns out for you to compare side by side. -1 starThey can promise more than they can deliver. I bought a Kimber last year and was told they would give me $x ANYTIME for it. Well 3 months later was evidently not "ANYTIME" and they would not offer me a dime. I asked what happened to what he said and quickly he was no longer the owner.... -1 star (should/could be 2!)Guys need to be up front in the gun business....

First time to this business. I was immediately impressed with the actual floor plan, decor, and ambience. My friend and I were there to inquire about an M1A for me and a side arm for them. The staff was very attentive to our questions, especially a gentleman by the name of John. I was quite impressed with his vast knowledge on all weapon systems and most importantly customer service. They will look into lowering prices, which has to be cleared through the owner in regards to cash purchases. Also, they have a 30% down payment plan and two months to pay it off. Recommend to the novice and experienced shooter.
